... It looks to me like the modern English Bible that we all use today was originally a heretical work condemned by the Catholic Church:

William Tyndale completed a translation of the New Testament from the Greek in 1525, which church authorities in England tried their best to confiscate and burn. After issuing a revised edition in 1535, he was arrested, spent over a year in jail, and was then strangled and burned at the stake near Brussels in October 6th, 1536. It is estimated today that some 90 percent of the New Testament in the 1611 King James Bible is the work of Tyndale. Tyndale was unable to complete his translation of the Old Testament before his death.

Miles Coverdale, an assistant to Tyndale, completed Tyndale's translation of the Old Testament using Martin Luther's German text and Latin as sources, and in Germany he printed the first complete Bible in English on October 4, 1535.

It's easy to see how so many people will spend their whole lives searching for christ, always seeking in an outward direction trying to find meaning in this or that. But what they fail to see that the way to finding christ is not in an outward direction but inwards. Not only is the true path to christ the shortest and easiest but it is also the most meaningful. Instead of seeking to find Christ you must look within yourself and realize that Christ is already there. Christ will never be found if one keeps seeking, the only way to find Christ is to know you already have.

Ima ask a question: why do Catholics believe a Priest has to bless the bread and wine for it to transmutate into the flesh and blood of Christ?

The bible IS the word of God, Passed down since the creation of Man. The only problem is those who have been in power have tried to distort the truth through erroneous translations using outdated language in order to confuse people. Those who earnestly seek the truth from God become disillusioned with a book that's hard to understand and thus fail to grasp the true meaning.

The best advice I can give is seek the literal translations, so far I've had good luck with the English Standard Version, everything makes sense. Second, read it along side the other versions of the same story. In other words, while you're reading the bible, study along with historic events to get a true scope of the word, and if it helps, also read along with the works of Zecharia Sitchin, which many may not know is based on what is probably the origin of some of the biblical texts.

Hopefully God wont be angry for mentioning books not written by him but the Lord's word is Good. May God bless the one's who seek him and accept him into his heart.

And so it has surfaced that King James was a Freemason. I'm not sure about you but I have learned from my God not to trust the words of serpeants. Well, you know what I think of the 70 sevens. my opinion which is just 'my opinion' is that this is more likely a part of the time, times, and half; the 42 mo; the 1260 day-years which I believe has been completed.

So it is apparent that somewhere along the line you have strayed from the path. What you have failed to see that God demands allegiance from you because he alone is our one true God. The Holy Eucharist as the Catholic Church uses it is Satanic. Jesus is not in it. It was meant to evoke the memory of Jesus. I was catholic for a time once, and raised episcopal. Same thing there.

He never created popes to make them "vicars" of Christ. You do not need a priest to forgive your sins or to confess them too. If one is going to do the eucharist, there is no problem with Juice and crackers. NONE. How do you ones even KNOW that Jesus used wine or not. And what difference is crackers, because I can assure you that they did not have the little wafers back then. And the blessing of the priest is completely satanic of the bread and wine to start with ditto the holy water.

If you ones want to bless your food or water this is HOW it is done. You hold your hands over it, and if the food or water is less than your energy, your hands will tingle. You draw White Light, God energy, paradise energy, whatever you like to call it, then thru your crown chakra and down your arms and into the food. This raises the vibration of the food to a much higher level.

When the food has come to atleast YOUR vibration, your hands will stop tingling. that is how you bless food and water and it is custom to you.

You know, I believe you. Part of me having trouble believing in God growing up is that I could not accept the Catholic Church as Holy. As a kid, I didn't know why but when I became a teen and saw how many little kids were being violated by so called men of God, I knew that something had gone wrong, and if the Catholic Church WAS once pure it has now become corrupt.

Then, when reports started to surface all across the country I knew there was something else going on, that the problem goes much deeper than corrupt priests preying on little boys.

If you think of us as separate IMAGES OF GOD like pieces of consciousness... (holographic theory...)

learning everything from scratch...

including COMPASSION (love, understanding...)

things seem to make a bit more sense and life is a bit less stressful..
