are there any natural remedies or anything for chronic back pain?


my mother has suffered with backpain for years even since i was a kid she used to be bed ridden due to back pain and had multiple surgeries and is on a cocktail of meds...physeptone serapax,endep,panadine forte some of the few i can remember and to be honest 18+ years of them cannot be good for her and they arnt helping her. shes not usually open to these types of treatments or even conspiracy's lol so what is atleast one i can talk her into with a high chance of working?

Does anyone have a remedy to act as a natural pain reliever? My mother has been dealing with awful pain for two years now. For hours at night she can't sleep because her entire body aches. Her doctors "can't" tell what is wrong, so they give her tons of prescriptions for pain-killers and muscle relaxers, but she doesn't take them because she doesn't want to become addicted. I think all the hard work she has done has really taken a toll on her body :( help please!

Thanks Ice Princess. Yes I notice with carbs the problem gets worse also when I am stressed. My guidance says however I need to boost my immune system.

I wore leather sneakers without socks for a few days during the heat of summer....thought my feet were on fire with blisters, etc. Definitely was a fungus infection. Not sure what exactly helped, but I tried several things...soaked them in very warm salt water. I also applied Tea Tree Oil (might be harsh for you). Also, I took Lactobacillus acidophilus capsules daily. That's also recommended for nail fungal infections.

Try treating pain with crainosacral therapy, accupuncture, and looking at your diet, we know all know what aspartame can do to you

There are other effective methods, but these are my favorites
Having said that I am of to see a natural therapist on Thursday, I seem to be in alot of pain and cant work out why,but my guess is that it is something I am doing or not doing to myself

This fella I am seeing doesnt do either of the above that I mentioned but he does a whole lota other things

I had horrible back pain for years while walking or standing. A doctor wanted to perform surgery, but I refused. I had spinal injections, physical therapy...nothing helped. I started taking "Move Free" by Schiff. It's Glucosamine/Chondroitin Sulfate/Joint Fluid (Hyaluric Acid)...the one in the red box (there are other "Move Free" products). Once I started taking one everyday, I am pain-free.

I agree, AC 924. When I first heard/read that bit of misinformation, I checked my box of Arm & Hammer Baking soda ... only one ingredient listed: Sodium Bicarbonate.

I have not come across any baking soda that contains aluminum ... but then I have always bought Arm & Hammer.

As to baking powder -- Clabber Girl (brand) contains aluminum; Rumford (brand) baking powder does not.

Always read labels. Every time. (They change ingredients often, even in your most trusted brands!)

So do you eat them everyday! Besides I highly doubt they would have enough in them to compensate for the amount you lose just by stress alone daily! Plus there are many other things that deplete magnesium ... antibiotics and other medications just to name a couple.

Fungus is a really bad problem right now, because they are messing up the pH balance of nature with their chemtrails. :(

Talk to a naturopathic physician for natural remedies. Or google "fungus remedies naturopathic".

I follow the advice of DR. Joel Wallack (Sp.?), the author of " Dead Doctors Don't Lie." First a vet, he was called over by the producers of Wild Kingdom to Europe, to ascertain why many of their expensive animals were dying. Later, having become an MD, he did the same autopsies on humans, finding the cause in most cases was LACK of MINERALS in their foods, due mainly to depletion of the soils.

He also studied 4 0r 5 places in the world, where people lived to 120 to 150 years old, BECAUSE, as the rainfall above 12,000 to 15,000 feet was only about ONE inch, they drank the melt water from the glaciers at those altitudes, containing about SEVENTY minerals, AND rare earths in the fluids.

Started over a year ago to take liquid form of these 70 minerals, supplied by Vitamin World at about $19 a bottle for 33 ounces. Recommended consumption is ONE ounce per day, so it's NOT that expensive, IMHO !

He also publish pages from 1936 and 1976 (?) by US agriculture Department, showing depletion of minerals going from about 65% down to about 35% ( my best recollection ) over
those years. IMAGINE what it is NOW !

And, remember that the farm animals whose meat we eat are ALSO eating the hay, corn, wheat and soy feed them grown on these SAME depleted soils. GOT the picture ?

It's very possible she has a high buildup of toxic metals in her system, which causes back ache -- actually its the kidneys, which are damaged from trying to process all that toxic metal. :(

If that's the case, she needs to chelate the metals from her system.

It could be many things, of course, but one possiblity is chronic tissue inflamation. Please get her to a naturopathic physician to find out what is wrong, and how to correct the problem.

Another possibility is magnesium deficiency; magnesium deficiency can cause insomnia, pain, depression and mental anguish. (Been there, done that.)

Be sure to get her off of all fake sugars: aspartame, hfcs, etc.

It sounds like she has fiber myalsia (oorrect my spelling if I am wrong). This disease has the medical profession baffled and they have misdiagnosed it for years thinking that women were just complaining about nothing. More women get it then men. It is only recently that they have named it. Mom needs a great energy healer or shaman to help her strengthen her energy field and create better boundaries in her life. She is likely the kind of psychic sensitive who feels too much of other's pain and is a push over when it comes to setting boundaries. The chronic pain and muscle aches are symptomatic of absorbing too much negative energy. I had the disease myself and have healed a lot of people with it just with energy healing and counseling clients on using tough love.

I read somewhere just recently that aluminum poisoning may very well be the cause of all the fibromyalgia that is inundating our nation. tptb have openly admitted to spraying tons of aluminum particles into the atmosphere for the past ten or more years. :(

There is an essential oil that will clear it up. You howerver have other issues that must be addressed. Possible overloading by fungus. Solution is not complex or expensive but requires diligence to be successful. Reason is it's easy to do this particular diet and easy to shoot on self in foot so to say.

This diet most closely resemble an Adkins, South Beach or other low carb diet. For fungus elimination, it requires understanding how to kill the fungus and best method is to starve it. Guys with MD tattooed on their head/butts have difficult time differentiating between fungus and any disease so they write scripts for the easy diagnosis as recommended by their pharmacon rep school.

What happens is the body becomes overloaded with mykotoxins. Mykotoxins are antibiotics and have side effects that your body must deal with. A Healthy individual can and does handle those minor issues, however if the immune system is comprimised in any way .... you get to deal with the effects.

That's what I was finding as I started doing more research on it :( thanks for the advice guys. I looked up some naturopathic physicians and found one in the area, I will schedule a consultation. Will also head out to the health store tomorrow morning to see what herbs and spices I can find for her.

Never take any kind of medical advice online or anywhere except from your medical doctor.

Now that that is said, I've been using/studying medicinal herbs since 1990.

I can tell you for sure they are powerful medicines that really work and you can overdose on them just as easily as pharmacological ones.

Early in my studies, I thought I would try and "purify" my blood and took Echinacea and Goldenseal in tinctures. It purified me alright by killing all my beneficial intestinal flora. I had the runs for days and went to the doctor and they did all kinds of tests all turning out negative. Finally on my own, I came to the realization that the Echinacae and Goldenseal were the causing a problem not curing it. Recently a friend of mine, an organic farming had the same problem on Goldenseal. It's a powerful anti-microbial that really works.

My two cents...

I got mine from a fellow from Australia. If you can, get one that is titanium-based, rather than aluminium. Most (all i think for some reason?) american-made ones are aluminum. i'm sure you can find it online. I wear it around my neck over my thyroid.
