can someone please explain the R2 N (cm-3) levels in the link above?

it looks like were maxing the scale out on the 24th (2 days time) with a direct hit on earth.

That meeting took place yesterday, June 21st.

Think we'll hear anything come out of it?

As for yesterday's CME, it appears that Kevin saw the same thing I did, "Long Duration Flare: At 03:25 UTC Tuesday morning a long duration C7.7 Solar Flare peaked and was centered around Sunspot 1236. A minor full-halo Coronal Mass Ejection (CME) is seen in the new Lasco movie but does not appear to have a large earth directed component. Part of this cloud may still sweep past earth and stir up minor geomagnetic storming within 72 hours. More information later today after the NOAA update...."

SWPC:
The geomagnetic field is expected to be mostly active with a chance for minor storm periods at mid-latitudes and major storm periods at high latitudes for the next two days (23-24 June). Effects from the high speed stream should prevail early on the 23rd. An additional contribution to activity is expected sometime between 1200-1800Z on the 23rd due to the arrival of the halo CME observed on 21 June.

CME FORECAST, REVISED:
A CME propelled toward Earth by the "solstice solar flare" of June 21st may be moving slower than originally thought. Analysts at the GSFC Space Weather Lab have downgraded the cloud's probable speed from 800 km/s to 650 km/s. Impact is now expected on June 24th at 0700 UT plus or minus 7 hours. In this animated forecast model, the yellow dot is Earth
