I'm not an alarmist, but I have to say I haven't seen this chart lit up like this in the last two years. Prior to Fukushima, there were strong signals in 1.5Hz range. Now all frequencies are buzzing. Any idea what's going on here?

Hugh, do the lines one the hourly EVE charts usually go straight down? Or does this just line up with the time.

NASA predicted CME arrival @ 539 UTC on today the 27th. NOAA predicted 14:00 on the 26th. I don't think it's hit us yet. I don't expect a major disturbance when it hits us, though. It was a slow-mover from the northern hemisphere. We'll know in a couple of hours, although I'll be asleep, LOL.

Thanks Hugh! They are from this past year. I wish I had some more recent ones. The video sequence was already composed. I rounded up the music and edited it to the video. I got the idea after seeing the A/C and NiNzrez posts, so I thought I would give it a shot and see what I could do. I was pleasantly suprised with the outcome, but it did take me a long time! I wasn't sure how I was going to deal with all of the copywrite crap, but You Tube was suprisingly helpful and have arrangements with the copyrite holders of the material that I used, so they simply run an add on the outside of my video window on the page. How cool is that? There was some more recent footage from March, but the scenery in the video I wanted and the whole set up was just to good to pass up. My original file was an AVI 5.5 Gig, but I didn't have another 6 hrs to upload it. So I went ahead with a still quite large file for You Tube at just under 1 Gig with a solid mp4 at 30 fps with 5 sec samp and High quality sound. I would have liked to have been able to put it up at 1080p but it was already only 1280x 720. As far as sky cams, I just have the same ones that we have all looked at You me Nins and IWTB all have the same ones I think. We need to find one in Norway because it is still good watching this time of year. I have looked. I know there is one somewhere probably hooked up to justin tv ..Anyway, here are some recent videos that Nat Geo have..

This is a tribute to the sun and all those who follow it. The images were created from actual sumarian and egyptian artwork using sacred geometry and math. The rest is from our present day solar scientists from around the world.

Hugh, EVE counts showing nice spike from a.m. M1.0 flare. Is that extreme UV heading towards us?
