Hebrew scholars know the first chapter deals with other story. Adam Kadmon and Adam Rishon are not the same. There was an original androgynous matrix, male/female and there was a split like hemispheres in the brain.

The point was to acknowledge the presence of odd skulls (which sometimes are not JUST related to artificial deformation) and the existence of a genetic anomaly of teeth and 6 toes people, something already mentioned in the Bible in the book of Samuel and in Hebrew traditions. Since Cain was Eve's son and the thread here deals with Adam, Eve and races I think is relevant because races as it happens with other genetic things, do have an origin. The fact Hebrew stories tell about these accounts thousands of years ago is important. Chinese list of people who live hundreds of years can also be compared with Sumerian list of kings or the Bible account even when the names are different.

I don't know why the poster gets to the conclusion of an 8th day (!!!!!!!!!!) and why he thinks New Testament expresses the same thing written thousands of years before by Jewish people who were not Christians. Maybe because in some churches they tend to use analogies when there was never an analogy or example. They should ask the Jews' understanding of this first than imagining is about what apostle Paul thought about Genesis 1.500 years later. And worst, what some churches think 2000 years after Paul about his interpretation based upon Jewish old manuscripts sometimes. When Paul talks about Second Adam it was Jewish interpretation many times Christians ignore. Let'em be.

I disagree. People have the God-deserved right to ASK questions and use their minds. Considering many people from other religions do have different point of view, we can't use merely their books of faith to accept whatever they preach as "truth". Certainly you would be the first to disagree with a Muslim or Buddist if they use their books as a revelation. Hence the study of THESE ALL could just help us to understand a bit more (not the whole truth) of what could've happened in the beginning. You don't know the truth nor do I or anybody else. If you knew you would be God and you are not. You're just naïve thinking what you read or trust is the truth. The very Bible says in Zephaniah and Jeremiah the priests used lying feathers (read "pens") altering the Law (meaning the Torah or first 5 books plus something else).
