I don't know if anybody has come to this conclusion but to me it sounds like they are on the path to legalizing weed in an effort to take away our guns, you go get a tax stamp and all the sudden you can't own a gun. and a lot of people in the states smoke weed.

The federal government just loves pushing the states around.

They are still upset that the people dared to pass laws that made medical marijuana legal.

States that have made medical marijuana legal should really push hard against this.

There is one agency in California that issues medical cannabis cards and DOES add you to the federal registry list. I'm not sure who is stupid enough to get their card from this agency. Every other card issuer holds on file your doctor's note stating your illness. That illness must be on the approved list (not hard since headaches or body pain or anxiety or depression or almost everything is listed there). Then the card issuer's own doctor writes the prescription which is also held on file. They are considered medical files and one's privacy is protected.

Most clubs accept the various cards, but in some cities, the clubs are only open because they only take cards where the patient is listed in the FED registry.

they can try: but, I have a Rx from a doctor for CHRONIC PAIN, I don't take anything else. Do they ask "Do you take, what kinda of medicine do you take at the pawn shop, dealer, etc. ?"
