If you want to know truth about the world and see reality you have to live or at least stay in the middle east (not Israel) for 1 month, life is closer to nature than anywhere else on the planet, robots and computers do not control people, banks aren't as blood thirsty, but they still suck tho. I lived in Canada for more than a year and some other countries in Europe and the west. There is not even 1 piece of reality to all life and news that is going on there, and life is very dependent on Technology, what if a tiny solar flare cuts off electricity in Canada in winter? there will be no one alive in less than a week.

Im a physician who wants to leave ciilncal work to become a green consultant for hospitals and doctors offices. I have a MD and a BA in Biology but wasnt sure if I should get a MPH with an environmental health focus or a Masters of Environmental Science. Does anyone have any insight on what I should do or if anyone is doing anything like that?

Personally? Iran. Though I have no love for their system which implements Islam as a legit part of their govt, they are the closest thing we have over there to a Representative Republic. Frankly, I think we should drop support of Israel, it's certianly not winning us any "Hearts and minds" in this grand ol' "War on Terror". (Full disclosure, American Civilian here. Though, not Dem or Repub. Staunchly Independant, and hating the bipartisan system that polarizes every debate about public policy, creating an Us-Vs-Them mentality) Doesn't mean we chalk them up as an enemy, but if they kick the hornet's nests, they should be the ones to get stung. I often liken Israel's Govt's Policy to the kid that goes around the schoolyard picking fights, then when the others decide they aren't going to take it anymore, the kid runs to his Big Brother (Oddly, no pun intended) so he can kick everyone else's arse for him. Then the big bro wonders why everyone at his usual hangouts hates him so badly.

Iran is a full signatory of the NPL (Non-proliferation Treaty), granting them legal grounds to pursue nuclear power for peaceful purposes (Medicinal, Civilian Energy, etc) and may even have legal basis, as part of the treaty, to have military capability (I'm a bit rusty on my older treaties, not sure how the NPL specifies Military Nuke Power without looking it up). Either way, Israel adamantly refuses, to this day, to even ratify the NPL. And have they ever tracked down those 16 Briefcase nukes they "Lost" during the Cold War? The idea of the Israeli Govt + Nukes scares the hell out of me, especially since they have shown they're not above slaughtering foreign humanitarian aid workers in foreign countries/international waters for bringing medical and food aid to the Palestinians. Might just be me, but while I have no argument with the Jewish Ethnicity as a people, the Isreali Govt seems to be becoming, with each passing day, more and more like the monster it swore it would never fall victim to again like it's people did in the mid-1940's. The roles are simply switched.
