I started watching Breaking Bad..This show Is Fucking Awesome

Anyone seen the latest episode "Say My Name"? Wow, just wow! I CAN'T believe what Walter did at the end. My mind was blown! And we still have the mid-season finale this Sunday. It seems like Walt is going to have those 9 guys in prison killed becuase they know all about Gus' meth operation.

this is going to be like the sopranos,

only with a ten times better series finale.

it wasnt as 'shocking' as the previous eps,

but set the stage for a helluva 8 episode ride.

the only thing i need to know is when ep 9 airs NEXT year.

did you know they are splitting the last season in two.

i didnt until after this seasons ep 6.

im pissed about that.

but it was a smart marketing strategy.

the shows done, its not like the hiatus is due to a writers strike.

AMC have some brilliant writers, it wouldn't be too hard to turn this show into a series of novels. It's THAT good.

it's actually like a good drug, the shown was fuckin insane, i loved it, even with all the violence, i really enjoyed the darkness of the show

AMC is back on DISH. I guess enough of us complained.

Great show, I got me everything up to S5E8 and am now in season three, ep 5, really something to sit down for and I watch whenever I can! Love it:)

How I envy you! I wish I could go back and start fresh with Breaking Bad. You thought season 1 and 2 were good? You ain't seen nothin' yet boy! Season 3 is legendary and season 4 is a masterpiece.

And also, the first episode of season 5B, episode 9 that is, is done filming according to RJ Mitte (Junior). He posted it on his Twitter. They began filming season 5B Dec 5 or 6 so it took around two weeks to film the first episode which is way too long. I remember reading an interview with Aaron Paul (Pinkman) and he said that an episode takes about 5 days of filming, a bigger episode takes a bit longer. That means episode 9 will be a big episode! :D

It just keeps gettin better! Keep wathing! Then watch all 8 seasons of 24. That rocks

i started watching sons of anarchy....and it was great until the second season...it was just not as thrilling as bb any more

Seriously I CANNOT wait for the final 8 episodes. I'm thinking about waiting until all the 8 episodes have aired and then watch them all in a row. The weekly wait the previous season killed me!

this "Game of Thrones" and "Walking Dead" are hands down the best show in years!

Nah, too slow, besides the fact that I can't sympathize with crystal meth crooks.

But that's the beauty of Breaking Bad. It's not just a show where we're being thrown action scenes in our face. It's a slow build up and when we finally get an action scene it's so wonderfully intense and beautyfully shot. I cannot explain how I felt during the final two episodes of season 3. My God was that intense or what?! Jesse wants to extract vengeance on two dealers who killed a young boy. We see him walking towards them in slow motion, the scene is dragging on and on... he pulls out his pistol, the dealers as well. Who will die? And just when they're about to shoot one another... oh well, you gotta see it for yourself!

And we're not actually meant to sympathize with Walter. The whole premise of Breaking Bad is watching an ordinary man with extraordinary knowledge who did some bad decisions in his earlier life, and his transformation from Mr. Chips to Scarface. Every season we see Walter do horrible things so we're not really supposed to sympathize with him. In previous seasons his actions was somewhat justified, most of them, but in season 5 he really hit rock bottom and did some horrible things out of pure ego. Walter is our favorite anti-hero.
And I agree, it's a pretty slow show, but I still rank it as the best TV series ever! Each to his own taste I guess. Too bad you don't like the show. How many episodes have you seen?
