let side mouse run pointer over the www....of your selected u tube video and right click mouse when entire www.... is blue

press u tube tab on top of the reply glp page that is open

insert the saved (blue) u tube url (www......) in first space after the u tube in brackets symbol that appeared when you pressed the u tube tab

press the u tube tab again (noticing it now possess an a star sign on the tab)

press post tab same as for normal posting
