I am starting the water and lemon tomorrow. Will have to tell hubby about the cayenne and honey.
Ive started using organic Agave (light) in my coffee instead of sugar. Love it. No weird after taste.

As salt and sweet is left to natural means the palate will change picking up subtle flavours that will be remembered from youth.

The chemo affective senses have the strongest tie to memory and overt visualization. When I originally cleansed my system it was like having flashbacks with ghosts at every meal.

Crazy sounding I know, but mind is body and strong abrasive elements scrub the bindings in between.

I meant 'now' a function of 'time'.
