I feel strangely heavy today...

Good Morning All , taking a few days off really did a number on my back and neck and stirred things up so in pain these days.
Will be lurking when I can. Just don't feel very well at the moment.
My cervical fusion is hurting as well as some birth defects I have issues with in my back from time to time. :(
