Re: X Marks the Spot
I've been eavesdropping for a while now and the synching is a becoming a bit too much to ignore.... A few hours ago, I had the strongest surge of energy come down through the top of head, on the right, through the throat and into my chest... Was very strong, didn't last too long, though I used it as an excuse to have a lie down... Cheers, Happy Friday!

True non-duality, I believe is this very realization:

That while we are ONE with the Universe, we operate much more effectively if some semblance of duality is maintained

....

Lately I have been trying to put together my thoughts to write a detailed description of what I saw as I watched the Universe unfold last June

hmm

It is a difficult process.... I remember the sights, but putting them on paper in a reasonable manner is something else.

i had one more pre agreed meditation to go today

the instant i commenced it was unlike any experience mediation or not
black and undefined in a manner i have never experienced and it felt initially impenetrable to emotion
i knew it was the result of my last meditation and writings after and it was clear the left side had nothing noticeable to offer
this soon defined itself as black streaky glitter rolling outwards and clockwise over into the black, maybe a hue of dark purple to the streaky glitter cascade
this enabled clockwise spin to be experienced but little definition of environment
soon the near overwhelming emotion was to allow the right to take over but that was resisted
what did occur was the right joined in going down around up and back onto itself thus right and left spun clockwise and clearer environment emerged but noting recognizable or interesting
that stopped and left became as best it could the sole lead again and some definition arose
always water, it manages to for water as in ocean and within it`s murkiness whale looking animals of scale swim on the surface occasionally
it is always rough and the clockwise spinning vortice take you to similar environments only
it all was a bit of an effort but the general feeling was it was pretty good for first attempt cos left has never done this before
and
i got a bit of a deju vu writing that

Viewed from “above” – what would be North on Earth – the Milky Way spins in the counter-clockwise direction. Of course, if you were to view it from the other side, it would spin clockwise.

Surrounded by several smaller satellite galaxies, the Milky Way is part of the Local Group of galaxies, which forms a subcomponent of the Virgo Supercluster. [link to www.bbc.co.uk]
 Quoting: observation

Virgo Supercluster

The Virgo Supercluster (Virgo SC) or Local Supercluster (LSC or LS) is the irregular supercluster that contains the Virgo Cluster in addition to the Local Group, which in turn contains the Milky Way and Andromeda galaxies. At least 100 galaxy groups and clusters are located within its diameter of 33 megaparsecs (110 million light-years). It is one of millions of superclusters in the observable Universe. our galaxy is spinning though it

indra/aether is mental
if we have ourselves always going right side first through solid mental substance we will notice it in our minds

I like this.... have you noticed more 'grip' in your meditative sensations?

I require at least some input from the right side to meditate on the left side.... this is why I meditate best with music that is synchronized with my own mental topics.... and for maximum right side activity, I will synchronize with a group conversation.

I have always had music 'playing' mentally.... almost seems like a way to keep stimulation up.

But my mind is like a DJ in that regard: certain conversations or thought patterns will always change the song that 'plays'.
