The longest I have gone without any drink or drugs in my system is about a year, I plan on having a full detox again soon.

I like fruit beers, red berries are my favorite at the moment.

you know over this past your i am certain i have become more empathic and this has resulted in my experiencing my emotional state in a different to describe manner
and a river with no sides (banks) and no floor (bottom) was my choice of description because it experiences like that
and to me i never think to try swimming and i never imagine drowning, those emotions never arise
the experience is my being taken along at varying speeds and often i am under water for much of the time

that is my constant emotional experience if i think to explain it to another

and i like it

I was playing with charge and magnetism in my lucid sandbox the other night.

It was very interesting. I played with them between my hands. When I first played with magnetism, nothing happened until I made it oscillate, basically by putting two opposing spins of magnetism, one on either hand. Very cool feeling. Blue energy. No movement could be seen of the magnetism. but my hands, or fingers rather, began moving very rapidly, especially my ring fingers and pinkies. They bounced off each other VERY fast. Like a rotation of attraction where my fingers would pull together. and the repulsion. I added more and more magnetism and the speed of my fingers doing this dance became to fast to see properly.

Then,I did electricity, same idea, between my hands.

No movement at all, just a slow burning sensation of Orange. I added more and more charge. and there were tendriled pockets of moving charge turning more to a red hue. My hands began burningvery uncomfortably. But, there was no movement of my hands, or of the charge.

It was wild. It made me understand in a very deep way the relationship between the two.

i`m in a fruit quest and am currently eating cherry pie with carrot, mango and apple mix yoghurt on it

it is hitting the spot wonderfully

I have two apples two carrots pineapple and strawberries all juiced up most mornings.

The juicer is bloody awesome for hangovers.

They say smell holds memory or something like that. I wonder if all the senses make thoughts which form memory.

there where 2 led zeppelin tracks which prompted, as soon as i heard them, the distinct metallic taste of the acid i used to drop when listening those tracks
it persisted almost 20 years after my last trip

my favorite memory smell is damp forest smell, is like a light weed.

I couldn't think of anything, but I like the smell of pine tree forest. Good for the lungs too.
