Never heard anything related to this and I live in europe, in a country where austerity is huge and abortion legal.
So this type of desinformation is garbage.

As the euro zone debt crisis deepens and austerity measures take their toll across Europe, the number of young children and babies abandoned across the region has increased, according to local charities.

The rise in the abandonment of infants across Europe is most visible in the spread of “baby hatches” or “boxes” across Europe, where unwanted infants are left anonymously.

The phenomenon was previously more prevalent among immigrants, but it is becoming more widespread among financially desperate members of the local population.

The hatches are sensor-activated so when a baby is placed, an alarm is activated and a carer comes to collect the child.

could have put them for adoption but nooooo.... just abandon them and problem solved

majority of them are from Asian,African immigrants, i know because the charity worked for in Greece and Italy were full of black babies. from north Africa. and Vietnamese and laos to Chinese.


these babies are the result of the immigrant prostitution, they come into the country, as sex workers, get pregnant those woman that can not offered to bring up the baby, simply give it away and move into another European country

this is a known problem in Europe since we started taking large amount of immigrants

People in America did, in fact, give up their babies if they couldn't financially care for them anymore in the early 1900s. Ever hear of the Orphan Trains from New York City and, to a lesser extent, Boston, that would take orphaned street kids or kids in orphanages and "place" them with families who wanted to adopt them in the midwest -- Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, etc.? Charles Loring Brace founded the Children's Aid Society and started the Orphan Train movement in the mid-to-late 1800s and into the 1900s.

Surprise! To have a baby, you better be sure to have the financial support for it! And for all of you think that's just money, blah blah blah, materialism, whatever, you need to fucking feed that baby somehow and no one is going to give you bread for free.

There were orphanages then as well because there were no social programs like today. I think Greece is in this predicament now which is why they are dropping off their kids. There is no safety net for them.

The lack of respect for life is spreading deeper into the human population. When you have lack of respect for nature it is only a matter of time before human beings are treated like throw away garbage also. And it is only going to get worse.
