Why do I have the feeling that this is dieing down, not the fact that it is a bad situation, just that there are fewer flyover's and seems to me less information... or is it me?

It just stuns me the censorship and apathy this thing is being met with.

They're having trouble getting experts over Thanksgiving week? The fuck is that? A totally unmitigated disaster, salt dome pushing upwards, H2S coming out... I worked through Thanksgiving, and I don't even have lives depending on me.

A mass evacuation of the possible explosion zone wouldn't be half as expensive as paying for the deaths of everyone within it. If anything, they should be making people aware of the full potential of the situation, so people can start relocating on their own.

And now we've got wells blowing out all over the GoM, and to top it all off, BP gets a deal that also absolves them of all future responsibility. It's pretty damn obvious BP is only taking legal responsibility for Deepwater now, even though they could have probably fought it off in court for another decade or two, because they know it's gonna get much worse.

If you still live in the area, this is probably just about your last red flag to get oughta dodge.

THIS!! A thousand times, this.

BP is showing its true cards and cutting their losses before they get that much worse. With the largest corporate fines ever, and admitting 11 counts of manslaughter AND obstructing congress, we have to ask how this could possibly be BP's best-case scenario right now.

The only answer I can see, is that the game is about to really go to Hell and BP is folding their hand as fast as they can.

Has anyone noticed when the video of the flyover starts there is a puff of steam or smoke rise from about 5 O'clock of the flyover footage? Why is there smoke and or steam rising form that area of the sinkhole?

This is a good time to keep track of the helicorders there. Being as no one is working in the area, then most activity found on them will be seismic in nature.
