6" of rain can be dangerous in many areas because it doesn't remain an even, level 6" everywhere. In cities with ground covered in concrete and asphalt water does not sink into the ground. With the runoff, storm sewers easily get overloaded causing floods. In Houston I have personally seen people drive into flooded areas at underpasses and their cars have been swept away.

Any number of things can happen in hilly areas; ravines become torrents of gushing water, streams overflow their banks, etc. If people are not expecting it this could be devastating.

Actually Oregon and California has been lite up like a Christmas tree for over a week now :) The 26th map is actually less then it was a few days ago. Also the chem trails seem to suggest the same pattern.

I think the drastic and severe change in weather patterns is what the financial system is waiting for for a collapse. The actual reason this is happening, as it has happened before in this planet's history and as many have said, is because we are at the dawn of a shift.....at the dawn of the entry into the Age of Aquarius (the water bearer).

The controllers in line with their population reduction theme, intend to execrate the situation with global WAR that engages the US but sold on the platter of the Hoax War on Terror. The controllers now have an excuse for having diverted attention or not adequately tackling the flooding problems about to be witnessed as they can give an excuse of tackling the Hoax war on terror as they engage in Worldwide War. Little will the masses realise that the Elite are systematically achieving their objective of a New World Order as New Laws and regulations are made bordering around man made global warming and war on terror. Only at the other side of this, for those who survive this period (that is if this agenda is allowed to play out), will they realise (if consciousness still exist in the aftermath) that they've been sold a lie.

I doubt the survivors will know anything as most, already confused as to what is truly taking place currently, will be able to articulate what just happened in the last 5-8 years.

I'm in Shasta County last week we got almost 6" was the rumor but I'm not sure, I can say it was torrential and there was mild flooding in several neighborhoods and temporarily on some main streets. I live near a creek but not in an area prone to flooding (i hope). Guess I'll get out the candles and flashlights, have enough of food to last a week or more maybe & some water, but I am definitely not prepared for flooding. Not looking to goood for my flight out of Sac this Sunday to HawaiiI guess. My luck..We shall see..

True. The North is actually a conservative area. Mostly Farm land here in the north valley.

No no no no. You are obviously on the LEFT side of Washington/Oregon. Us 'normal' folks here in eastern Washington do not get all that rain.
