Have been drinking lots of water(distilled) and taking vitamins. Don't really eat a lot like I used to but I'm getting the typical round gut like every other guy I know. I want to get all the shit out of my system the easiest way possible. Grape Seed extract supplements are an excellent detoxifier to take daily, detoxes the blood of free radicals and toxins, helps prevent cancers, etc. Strengthens the blood vessels, promotes good sleep, reduces inflammation. Also, cut out all table salt and sea salt and only use finely ground natural salt like pink Himalayan, or grey salt, you can find these at the health food stores. They greatly reduce bloating, water retention, high blood pressure, and taste much better than table salt, too, add nice flavors to food. Lemon is also a good detoxifier and a good substitute for salt in many dishes. Look into doing a gall bladder flush, too (check youtube for vids on this). You may consider doing a water enema, warm water with a touch of liquid hand soap in there, really will do the job - you will need to buy an enema bag at the medical supply, use petroleum jelly on the tip, hang it from a hook or a hanger on the towel rod in your bathroom - lay on your left side, insert it, let the water flow slowly into the colon and relax, hold it as long as you can then jump over to the commode and be free, lol. Put a good towel on the floor to lie on and to catch water drips, too. Don't do this every day or too often, just on occasion. |
