This guy is saying that this "object" is heading towards Earth by looking only in a 2D sequence of images, and although , lets say, the orbital elements for a heliocentric bound object can be calculated from 2D images if we know the position/time of the consecutive photos taken, I am pretty sure that this guy hasn't got any clue on how to do that. |
