Hey there :) I know most of us ladies differ in taste, but something on the romantic side is probably a good idea. A nice massage, something you've made--if you're good at carpentry or something similar, something personalized from you that she could use, nice dinner out (for a future date), with some sort of little surprise, something like that. Need not be expensive, but as long as it comes from the heart, that would be the thing that would impress me, most.

I know ... Its a nightmare trying to think what to get. My boyfriend says what do you want, I say nothing, I say what do you want, he says nothing. Christmas comes and .... nothing. He says I buy you something in the sales, do you want to go to ... and pick a top. I hate shopping. I say no I don't need anything.

Hes sulking tonight over nothing and I feel sad would love a hug.

Well, we're only spending on our kids, nowadays BUT these are things that I have gotten, gotten for myself or would put on a wish list:

Board games, craft supplies, cozy fancy blanket, mug with fancy hot chocolate mix, books to read...maybe a special ornament for the tree, a wooden tea box with teas and a teapot, collection of Penzey's spices, enameled cooking pot, cozy slippers or warm pajamas...things of that nature.

I'm getting my kids BookSeats, which I have and love...they help you hold your book on your lap when you read. Maybe she'd like soemthing like that...

She has none really. She does like to watch TV. I got her a big screen TV last year for a Christmas present, so thats covered.
