Well, it could possibly fall under Homeland Security...BUT when they say "it's for the kids" I do wonder, when it's fedgov. Like I said, some school districts are already doing this.

The evidence and backbone of some of his points are partisan talking points that favor conservatives(no surprise, it's the NRA).

i.e. "The money we give in foreign aid", and he brought up the budget, the federal budget, and how we'll have "lengthy talks on legislation and regulation" before we may come to a solution.

I'd bet you every dollar I own this guy is part of the "debt is too high" group...yet he wants armed police in every school in America? You have any idea how much that'd cost the federal government? Especially since I'm nearly certain local and state government won't want to fund the bill...

I just heard him propose Homeland Security, so it would possibly be Homeland Security directly in the schools?

The point he's trying to make is that it is not feasible to have cops in every school and that teachers should be armed.
