As members of the public, regardless of which side of the thorny issue you may be on - we all can only wait and see what the outcome may be. The cases chosen for a hearing were listed online and the obama case wasn't among them. IIRC they don't have to explain why they decide not to hear a particular case. And they didn't explain it. It was a major disappointment and that was it. Hopefully Orly has better results, but after being disappointed by the many State cases and that one SC review, I don't have much hope for Barry getting what he deserves.
