Once again I am going to say that the best way is to stand your ground though, and not to look for a fight on this.

Should you give up your firearms? Well of course not if you don't want to, and in my opinion you shouldn't.

But don't be too quick to go looking for a fight, because usually when you do that you will find one. War is not something to wish for, and in my opinion is something to be avoided almost at all cost.

The exception to this is when all other means have been exhausted, and being honest that point is not far off. Clearly the PTB don't want to take no for an answer, and are pushing for confiscation no matter what the people want.

But remember it would most likely be domestic military and/or law enforcement that would perform the confiscation. The best thing we can do is to help those confused on this stuff to see the light. Don't make your own countrymen your enemy, make them your friends and allies.

If they don't want to see the truth, and do whats right? Well then there's just not much you can do about it at that point. Nobody can be faulted for standing up for their natural right to defend themselves and their family.

I am seeing too many people that seem that they almost want a fight though, and I just cannot condone that. War really is hell no matter what TV, movies, or video games have led anyone to believe.

I deployed so many times to war, and believe me it's not something to wish for. I realize that people feel their hand is being forced, and in fact it very much is. But at the same time you just have to let things take their natural course, and provoking a fight is not the answer.

The answer is to strive for peace, but also at the same time to not submit to tyranny. It's kind of a delicate balancing act, and it requites a lot of self control. We are getting put in between a rock and a hard place, and it's just not cool in any way I will admit.

Making public statements like "We will go to war" and all that is just not necessary. All you have to do is have faith in your beliefs, and stand by them as well.

Remember the very people that would likely be trying to take your guns would be your own countrymen. Some of those people in uniform are no doubt just plain confused, and they won't understand that what they are doing is wrong.
