OP perth, I can tell you the purpose of life. The "meaning" is the wrong word.

You are here to become enlightened and remember everything you knew before your earthly incarnation.

Then, you won't come back here again unless you want to - in order to teach others.

So, the goal of life is to wake up and leave temporal life behind forever.

There is no "meaning" other than to begin seeking enlightenment.

The "meaning" will then be revealed to you, and it's different for every person.

Not in any sort of religious dogma laced, theory but with actual hard evidence - I know the answer to this question. Our meaning of life is not THE meaning of life. So really there's 2 answers but in order to get to the second you have to know the first and I assure you, you don't want to.

The other edge of the sword is; I could tell you the reason we're here but in order to truly grasp the weight of it, like most things, you have to find the answer yourself. That said, if you really, really want to know - repost this and ask again - but I assure you the answer will not make you happy.

Might as well give all that answered $1000 each as the meaning of life is pertinent to each individual ergo there can be no right or wrong answer.

maybe it's to not request answers to non-existant quetions.

There you go, You cant answer in one or two sentences, the religions of the world explains life thru the books. God spoke to us thru the Bible, seriously its impossible to explain in such a short space.

Ive been explaining the meaning of life my whole life, it never ends. There is no end to learning. We will answer this question for infinity. and on and on thru eternity . Its why were here to attempt an answer, but an answer will take eternity.
