Inevitably where this leads is to Genetically Modified Foods, (GMO) which is the greatest threat to our food supply in human history. People are dying from it and some countries have placed a ban on growing it...but not the good old USA, where Monsanto rules the White House. Once I found out this information back in 2011 I was able to lose 60 lbs in about 3-4 months. High fat/low carb is my normal way of eating now.

the biggest lie about nutrition is that ingesting matter "nourishes" the body somehow and gives it "energy". What a joke...

This has always been just a stupid theory. It is built upon some molecular biology assumptions which lies upon the even shakier assumptions of particle physics. Nobody has ever proven that we actually break down and absorb food and it leads to some beneficial effect on the body.

Actually the truth is that food hijacks the body's energy reserves for processing / elimination , and that produces a sedative effect on us, which feels good / relieving like any psychotropic drug would. We are all basically drug addicits. Food is just another category of drugs. They come in all sizes and colors with varying strengths. That's basically the conclusion I came after several years studying the effects of food on my body. Nobody has ever got a single ounce of energy from eating solid food.

Yes, and not only the products that are made directly from GMO crops but number two in the list is one glaring point of concern for me. All the livestock that's being fed GMO feed is going to produce infected meat supplies along with the cheeses, butter and creams, not to mention the rBGH. Dairy products are a huge red alarm that I tend to avoid, unless they are non GMO grass grazing cattle and are free from and jabs.

Hard to find in the grocery stores these days.

I beg to differ. There has been one food I know for a fact made me feel more energetic and alert. For me it was Crooked Neck squash. Unfortunately I have limited uses of it in my diet but I found it to be very beneficial for me.
Another one that seems to settle well for me is sunbutter. I'm allergic to legumes, so peanuts are off the table. Tossing some sunbutter on a ricecake is very satifying and energizing...though not like the crooked neck squash.
Just my personal observations.

I would like some better studies done as to whether sugar, in it's raw form is as bad for you as white "processed" sugar. What I have seen seems to indicate that sugar in raw form is actually beneficial for you, like Himalayan salt; although the benefits don't seem to be as numerous.

My teenage daughter just said to me the other day..."The way we eat, you'd think we'd be obese by now but no one in our family is even chubby." I told her, the only thing I can think of is... we hardly ever go out to eat and I make everything from scratch. Very little processed food or frozen meals, we eat actual food because I cook. My husband and I both have awesome cholesterol levels and we eat lots of bacon and butter. Aside from possible good genetics on both sides, which is probably improbable, cooking from scratch is the only explanation I can come up with. I always say a quote from "Everybody Loves Raymond"..."butter makes me happy". I'm 5'2 110 lbs. and I eat butter like no other.

OK, well some of that makes no sense and is in-practical.

such as,.
Dont use vegetable oils. well how the hell am i supposed to cook then.

Dont eat wheat. Well how the hell am i supposed to make a sandwitch then.

Dont have a high carb diet. Well how the hell am i going to afford to eat meat all the time then!

Also a lot of it makes no sense to me. I am not fat, my diet never makes me fat, and i dont watch what i eat.
I eat eggs, butter, beacon, cheese, and whatever is going. I eat pasta a lot and that is high carb.
Im thin, always have been and my weight never changes, im 31 yrs old.


So i guess i'll carry on. I dont eat supermarket shit like ready meals. i just eat real food like, meat, eggs, butter, cheese, bread(carboard shit but what alternative is there to bread), bananas, tomatos and other stuff that goes into pasta. I dont eat sugar i use honey instead.

I also dont bother putting any spread on my sandwiches like margarine or butter, never have done ever, im too lazy.

Bottom line is im thin and healthy. I put it down to body type, and that everybody type can adapt to different diets based upon gentic ancestory and geographic location.

If you quit carbs you wont feel hungry or countless other things you feel now everyday and think its normal.

The cravings for a sandwich will go away so the question how to make a sandwich wont even be there.

Without wheat and carbs your brain will function a 100% better on ketones. More energy, awareness, focus, productiveness, all these things automatically happen to you when in Ketosis. They leave the moment any carbs enter your body.

Here's my thread on quitting carbs and all forms of sugar.

your liver is the only organ that can regenerate, so that should tell you how important it is. It is the chemical manufacturing plant, it is 100 times more sophisticated than the other organs.

people who look healthy and beautiful are health and beautiful because their liver cells are perfectly functioning. People who are ugly and fat are like that because their livers suck and their liver cells are functioning poorly.

Fluctuating glucose levels put stress on the liver, over stimulate it and tire it out, weaken it. your organs get tired and atrophy just like over use of your muscles.

there are saturated fats and then there are trans saturated fats. Hydrolized fats are fats that have had hydrogen chemically added to their molecules to make them thicker, like turning liquid peanut oil into thick, creamy peanut butter.

These processes are done so they can sell the food for years after production and increase profits, and also so you can store it longer.

The cell walls of your cells though, are fabricated from fats, and the trans fats are the wrong version of the naturally occurs trans isomers, that's why they are called 'trans' fats.

In nature, the plant or animal fats only produce one kind of trans isomer, but when hydrogenated, they produce both right hand and left hand versions of the fat molecules. this means, they do not link together right, and create holes in the cell walls and cellular organelle stuctures. This permits shit to enter the cell and mitochondria, or ribosomes, or vesicles, or Golgi apparatus, cytosols, lysosomes, vacuoles centrioles, or even the cellular nuclear membrane.

great timing!!

as of yesterday i was looking at eating more protein and fat and eating little or no carbs and sugar. its nice to know i am on the right track.

im going to eat more fish, eggs, cheese, nuts, olive oil, vegetables and no bread, pasta, sweets.

my only concern with cheese was the saturated fat element. its nice to know that it is not actually bad for you. bring it on!!
