I am protesting this total and completely INSANE VIOLATION of such things as:

a) the Magna Carta
b) the US Constitution
c) substantive due process
d) violation of US Code Section 18

You cannot possibly believe that the Department of Justice (is this a irony?) can order the murder of Americans in American with drones without any due process whatsoever on the hunch that that American might harbor some opinions contrary to the "dear leaders?"

Which, we all know is his plan, so yeah, I guess I could understand why Eric Holder would be led to make that statement. It simply further solidifies what we all already knew. Obama wants to destroy America, he hates democracy a nd is simply the spokesperson for the elitists who actually control this country. I actually saw a drone flying over I-90 last week. It was a full size striker drone too, not one of those little fucking remote control helicopters. But then again, we have a base nereby that they fly drones from so I guess it makes sense to start cruizing your "target" area for familiarization purposes before the actual battle begins.

What most American's don't understand now is that their president has the power to basically do anything he wants due to a few bills passed and the Patriot Act, which gives him supreme power while the nation is under attack, and America is currently at war with terrorism, which has been declared a 'legal war'. And they always will be at war with terrorism, so therefore, the president has executive power to do as he pleases at all times.

However, to maintain the illusion that the pres doesn't have that power, he continues to pass things through the senate and house, and they eventually get pushed through according to his agenda. However, on occasion, the people have spoken out against the president's agenda, and the president has exercised his power. How do you think 2 bailouts have been pushed through against the house? And next day at that as well... Think about it. The pres can do anything at any time, but is being very diplomatic about it.

Quite often the message is hidden within what ISN'T said. The red highlighted portion hints at Holder's delineation between Military and Law Enforcement, allowing them to head off any accusations of violating Posse Comitatus or raising the brow on any other perceived "military action" within the bounds of the US.

DHS (and it's various branches and departments) is not military (DOD), nor would they fall under such guidelines or restrictions, nor would any branch of the DOJ. In addition; nor would any of the numerous state or local municipalities that have elected to enlist the use of drones as of late.

This has been planned for quite a while, and now you can begin to see why DHS has been created as a separate department that actually merges many attributes of DOD and DOJ, while receiving the benefit of technological developments, hardware, and even personnel support of other .gov branches.

As usual, this is nothing less than double speak out of DC that amounts to nothing more than window dressing that will be peered upon by the masses as gospel because "surely the government/ Holder wouldn't lie to the citizenry".
