It's impossible to prove (or actually disprove) any of the claims made surrounding Jesus...

There isn't even a single contemporary statement/mention while he was alive (including even the NT which was written entirely after he died, much of it even more then 50 years after he died).

So providing evidence that he actually fulfilled those prophecies you mention is pretty much impossible, and that disproving such shaky claims is pretty much just as hard as most people just take those claims as Faith.

The Bible doesn't really add up perfectly in that sense, but you just accept those fulfillment of prophecy entirely based on faith. And it is hard to argue against faith and dogma. Since the word itself entails believing in things for which there is no evidence.
