Everyone write letters. I am trying to find out the process that occurs when a judge is not fit to continue their duties.

This is not right and we all need to get involved.

My bad, it wasn't my state...his crime was committed in my state. But OK is who gave him his daughter back

This story isn't making sense to me.

From Story:
"OKLAHOMA CITY — In California, just six years ago, Nicholas Elizondo was convicted for *raping his then six-year-old daughter*. He took a deal and *served six years in jail*. During that time his ex-wife, Lisa Knight, has been raising their daughter *Sarah* in Norman."

So, Sarah is now 12 years old.

From Story:
"“I just know that *his victim* was six-years-old at the time and *Sarah is six-years-old right now*,” said Knight."

Did he rape his daughter or not? How is Sarah six years old right now if she was raped six years ago when she was six?
There are also a whole lot of sixes going on.

I don't mean to be defending the man's actions, no child should have to experience molestation of any type. It's just that the time line of the story is confused.

The girl he molested was his 6 year old STEP daughter.

The one he is getting custody of is his own biological 6 year old daughter.

I'm wondering what was so wrong with the mother and her home that a judge would ever consider doing this?I as a mother would have told that judge when he passed down his decision that I was putting him on notice that I hold him personally responsible for my daughters well being and that if anything happens to her while with her father Id be back for everything he owns.
