I went to a few Christian churches. The preacher is up there telling them 'We go to heaven and everyone else suffers for 7 years'.

I was asking them to show me where it says this in the bible. It doesn't, yet they still believe it.

It was a stupid doctrine created by the Jesuits & Jews in the 1800's so people wouldn't get uppity about their oppression.

I figured it out they were full of shit in about 5 days of study.

If you study the book of Revelations, there is no pre trib rapture.. "God's people" will have to suffer and many die as a testimony against the evil world and those same will be resurrected and fight with Jesus on his white horse.

even if you say anything like this, they will say it is their belief that they will disappear before any catastrophes, and say it with a smug smile. It doesn't matter if a theologian says differently, they say it is what they believe. So they pick and choose what mentally serves them to cope. like transhumanism does for some scientists and globalists. the marketing campaigns and false promises seem to originate from the same sources, and mingle in their thoughts.

Born again types have been telling this for decades, at least 45 years from my experience. The "end" is just around the corner...better repent and save yourself because there's not much time left and you don't want to be left here for the tribulation. I am a Christian. I have read the whole Bible and studied prophecy intently. I don't know everything, but pre-tribulation rapture is complete denial, ignorance, and naïve wishful thinking all wrapped up into one. We will definitely be here for some major fire works before Jesus comes back. An economic collapse is the least of our worries.

OP, I"m a christian and the Bible says it will happen at the last trump.........which appears to be half way through the final 7 years.

We will be here for some difficult days, I hope I'm wrong but I don't think so.

Explain how the 5th seal reveals the martyred saints and tells them they have to wait until the rest of their number of those who are to be martyred are fulfilled if we are all raptured before the first 4 seals (and the 6th) kills off billions of people.

Explain how you think 'saints' always means 'believers of the church age'.

I think they were tricked from the get go, and they will suffer more than most, and when the have their life review, they will see how they wasted their lives and didn't do anything to fix it because of their arrogance at having been special.

That should be obvious already as we see good people suffer greatly while evil people are rewarded.If God protected the good then there wouldnt be any evil people to start with.

No Christian of any era should have thought they'd escape the wrath of man or Satan. That is to be expected, and even to day many Christians are martyred.

But the wrath of God is a time of suffering Jesus said "that has never been before and will never be again". Its purpose, per Daniel's 70 weeks prophecy, is to finish the punishments still remaining for the Jews, and to punish the unbelieving world of Satan's kingdom. Since, as you know, the church has already been suffering, we are not to suffer more.

So you are confusing/mixing the wrath of man/Satan and the wrath of God. They are not the same.

The theology has been around for a long time, but the message took new meaning for those living during the cold war under the threat of nuclear war.

I would hedge their bets if I were them. Many will end up living in their cars or outside in tents. They need to learn how to do so, now.
