I have seen it before in high profile cases where PD and city requests the court to NOT give an unfavorable verdict on a Friday.

If there is a quick acquittal it will be released on Monday. A quick guilty will be released on Friday.

I'm still a bit groggy from sleeping. I tend to be a little cranky the first hour after waking up, especially when nursing a 3 day migraine. Meh.

Just starting to get a little frustrated from the last few days having people pop in and ask questions that have been detailed clearly in the OP.

The PTB are trying to start a race war to give reason for martial law.

So why are you here?

The unfavorable verdict is a not-guilty verdict.

In this case, they want people at home by their TV's for the weekend viewing.

If they riot, Friday afternoon is the BEST time to release the not-guilty verdict.

The city looses money during riots. Keeping it over the weekend will reduce that loss by A LOT.

I know the outcome :)

1) It's a psyop that's hoping to stir up racial tensions enough to cause rioting, opening the door for martial law and a back door runaround the Posse Comitatus Act.

2) The decisions in this case, if upheld by the Supreme Court could radically change many issues in the country like gun ownership rights, self defense and others.

3) If this goes sideways, it will create an environment in this country where people will have no choice but to let some savage beat them to death if they're scared to spend time in prison for protecting themselves outside of their own home.

4) You don't live in this country so you don't care about these issues so to you it's no big deal.

The elites religion is numerology. 7/11/13 Day 22. Especially 11 and 22. It seems to help them in their agendas, ie JFK killed 11/22. Also, number 23 is important to them, as is the day Friday. Day 23, not guilty verdict, on a Friday.

If you click on that, it quotes the posting to which you are replying. This makes it easier for everyone to know to whom you are replying.

I'm not being condescending, I'm just assuming you're not aware of how the quote works. Your lack of quoting makes it REALLY difficult to determine who whom you are speaking.

I have seen this more than once. In my time sometimes guilty was unfavorable sometimes not guilty was unfavorable.

Yes, in this case not guilty is unfavorable. That is why it will not be released on a Friday.

For the record yesterday I was ON current topic the whole time, and got erroneously booted from the thread. Please allow me to explain and I think you will agree with me, and see the quotes I was able to pull from yesterday's thread.


I only replied to a post that GZ 'has such a solid case, and he is obviously telling the truth about what happened' with a link that shows how GZ's story changed within 24hrs (bushes, but I did not mention bushes at this time) and some other inconsistencies. Sir Phydeau replied that 3 people testified differently and he believes them over my opinion. Right around that time (either right then or slightly prior @ 2:22PM EDT, can be seen around 2:20 mark here: [link to www.youtube.com] the GZ defense team was submitting new evidence of the crime scene at a hearing to get it included in the trial. So in my reply to Sir Phydeau I tried to clarify what part of the link I posted previously showed inconsistency and immediately I pointed out that right at that very time in the stream that he could 'look at the picture the defense just submitted into evidence even, you can see how far away the bushes are even using their own evidence!'

From there several people replied to my post to which I replied to them, which I assumed was fine and I doubt any of them got banned

I did not come in here trolling and blank replying to the thread to bring up bushes, instead I replied to others' posts and to give evidence to clarify their understanding. I first brought up bushes when the Defense was entering new evidence/photos showing how far away the bushes are, and then only in replies on that same topic. All of it came from items presented yesterday, and was on topic and in reply to why GZ was not 'obviously telling the truth about what happened', etc


I would like to post here during closing arguments, etc and I will stay on topic, like I feel I did yesterday. I know Phydeau didn't ban me because we disagree on the outcome, and I think he could see the quality in my posts yesterday and I think he may have misunderstood how/why/when bushes was brought up. If we're not allowed to bring up prior info when new evidence is presented in the current day, then that wasn't clear to me and I apologize and I won't do it but that doesn't make much sense, nor would limiting us from replying to other people's questions about one's own posts

PS Also Haters don't forget I was repeatedly shown to be correct about the case (phone data was out once she ruled it could not be 'authenticated', GZ would not testify on his own behalf, Defense would not submit toxicology report because showing minuscule amount of pot in a system could only hurt them because 99.99999% of the time a pot smoker would be more mellow aka less likely to be in a fight). If my streak continues, Yoda-Haters and doomtards are gonna be crying when the verdict comes in!
