Anonymous Coward User ID: 45262059 United States 08/16/2013 07:16 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Same as always..I don't think Jesus will rapture us until well into the tribulation. We're not appointed to wrath...but the wrath doesn't start until the 6th seal.Read it for yourself. He may come as a thief..but that doesn't confirm pre trib rapture fellas.Read Christs quote in Revelation 16:15. Thats not before the tribulation guys. Pretty much any argument a pre tribber can provide, has an alternate interpretation or con text that they refuse to see. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 43150734 And..as always rmbr.."If the homeowner had known the night the thief was to come, he would have locked the doors." So arm yourself with truth, love, hope and purge yourself of actions and thoughts that are contradictory to His will and be ready no matter when the time comes. Very good analogy loved it. It has alot of truth. We were given some things through our Scripture to be more aware. Some of the truth is still veiled but beginning to unveil. Many I've spoken with can see that much clearly. Be alert, be prepared and in the end we will know the whole truth. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 35246469 It says that in that day the the Wolf will dwell with the lamb. Has this happened also? Isaiah 11:6-10 6 “The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, The leopard shall lie down with the young goat, The calf and the young lion and the fatling together; And a little child shall lead them. 7 The cow and the bear shall graze; Their young ones shall lie down together; And the lion shall eat straw like the ox. 8 The nursing child shall play by the cobra’s hole, And the weaned child shall put his hand in the viper’s den. 9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain, For the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord As the waters cover the sea. 10 “And in that day there shall be a Root of Jesse, Who shall stand as a banner to the people; For the Gentiles shall seek Him, And His resting place shall be glorious.” My opinion only but I think yes. It will become more apparent in time though. |

Thank you for shadowing back into the OT for your replys that shows a level of intelligence that many preachers cannot do and a reason why so many do not even attempt to learn. This is an important topic not THE most important but still. My warning from the first couple pages stands though it is what I wish to convey the most. Lets keep in kind and sweet; respective of all believers and we can expand the thread to deeper matters. |

Quoting: Johnbert.Lennonstein Hmmm. You might want to read Revelations. The Earth is not totally destroyed but most of mankind is. I don't believe revelation was a prophecy. Sorry. It wasn't included in canon until 400AD. And there was a ton of other apocalyptic texts that never made canon either. It's a load of bollocks imo. If I got exiled on an island with nothing better to do than to piece together old texts; I'd likely lose my mind as well, and then write about it. Any prophecy which has to threaten people to take it seriously, is not a real prophecy IMO. Quoting: Johnbert.Lennonstein It is easy to forget the promises He has made to us in light of our nature and the depth of what is to come. It is interesting though that the book of revelation is the only book that expands upon the promise. It promises a blessing to those who teach, read, and Keep what is written. In the darkest book in Canon he reminds us of His promise to us. A covenent that will not be broken. Revelation 4 After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter. 2 And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne. 3 And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald. |

I've already faced the storm, I've faced my tribulation, and I've faced my judgement. If you've been there, you can understand. LOL show me one verse in the bible where it says other wise. Pre tribulation rapture is a psy-op... so when shit boils down and millions of Christians aren't raptured they'll turn against god.. and believe he doesn't exist or they were not worthy of saving... thus causing a chain reaction in the brain to produce a angry god-less psychopath in the end times with nothing left to lose.. If you search deep into your hearts, why is the book of revelation relevant? Why is the words/philosophy of Yeshua not enough? These are honest questions. Why do you concern yourself with the future? Yeshua himself said: Matthew 6: 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Why take the words of revelation seriously, when all you need to know about life is written in the first three gospels? (The fourth is just a more eloquently written version) Why can't you just trust in Yeshua and follow in his footsteps? Why can't you believe that Yeshua is not a blood thirsty warrior? Why can't you believe that he wouldn't kill children under any circumstance? Why can't you believe in the prophet micah, but you believe in that lunatic John of Patmos? Micah 4: 4 In the last days the mountain of the Lord’s temple will be established as the highest of the mountains; it will be exalted above the hills, and peoples will stream to it. 2 Many nations will come and say, “Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the temple of the God of Jacob. He will teach us his ways, so that we may walk in his paths.” The law will go out from Zion, the word of the Lord from Jerusalem. 3 He will judge between many peoples and will settle disputes for strong nations far and wide. They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will not take up sword against nation, nor will they train for war anymore. 4 Everyone will sit under their own vine and under their own fig tree, and no one will make them afraid, for the Lord Almighty has spoken. 5 All the nations may walk in the name of their gods, but we will walk in the name of the Lord our God for ever and ever. Why can't you believe that the Father loves everyone? For me because I study and teach(very limited now because I am not in a position at this time to do missions-i have a little one) I have to be prepared because others wish to know or ask me about it. The last three questions do not really apply to me because I do not think that way anyway. The Gospels are what I steer new believers to automatically in the beginning because I know as you do the rest is only needed if you wish further enlightenment |

Johnbert.Lennonstein User ID: 9503512 Canada 08/16/2013 10:20 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Sorry but the #1 problem with Christianity is the book of revelation. The sooner people stop thinking about that book, stop teaching that book, and fuck even stop talking about that book; the sooner the world will become a better place. The biggest problem with "christians" is that half of htem are hypocrites who don't actually take my Master's words seriously. They just simply care about paying lip-service and doing things which they feel will impress the father in order to keep them safe during the second coming. A good majority of them don't actually care about ALL of human life; they are only in it for some sort of comfort in the belief of an eternal paradise; which is kind of fucked up, considering that Yeshua himself said that heaven would pass away. Acting like Christ is enough. He was a briliant man, who taught a beautiful philosophy. Taking concern with the afterlife, instead of taking pleasure in just living the word is a big big problem with that religion. If he came back he would likely shame every one of the hypocrites who live for the sake of their own salvation, rather than living for the well-being of their neighbors. He would likely tell people that he didn't even want to be worshiped or have a religion named after him. He wanted people to worship his father, yet for some reason he became the center of attention. He would likely put his most "devout" and "righteous" zealots into everlasting contempt. Everlasting meaning just an age; or likely a lifetime. Daniel 12: 2“Many of those who sleep in the dust of the ground will awake, these to everlasting life, but the others to disgrace and everlasting contempt.3“Those who have insight will shine brightly like the brightness of the expanse of heaven, and those who lead the many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever.4“But as for you, Daniel, conceal these words and seal up the book until the end of time; many will go back and forth, and knowledge will increase.” Go in peace, and find thy faith, evolve thyself, and lose all hate... so a heaven, you may create... |
