Isn't it unconstitutional for the military to be "training", potentially triggering a live event, on the streets of America? From what I gather, only the National and Coast Guards can be used for martial law, if ever warranted. So what could this really be about?

Really? I don't think so based upon most of the posts dealing with this subject matter. Keiser Bush, Von Cheney, Herr Rumsfeld and Frau Rice (with the help of Congress) repeal Posse Comitatus.
