Re: I met Hitler in 1967
Did you ask him about the war, or what he did for a living after the war??

::damn2::

Hello, Disturbed.

Quite honestly, I was too overawed to ask him very much at all. I mean, I was saying really dumb things like how bad the mosquitos could be and saying how well he looked (although he had a tremble and obviously wasn't in the least a healthy man.)

He kept his hand on my shoulder when he was talking and he would squeeze it every time he smiled, like he was making a point. He was not at all bitter and there was not the slightest hint that he was a fugitive. He was very relaxed and everyone was real kind and gentle to him.
 Quoting: Nym 246272

He was probably moving in to feel for a circumcision at which time, if found, would have ressulted in you disappearing right after the dinner party. You can take the boy out'n the master race but you can't take the master race out'n the boy.

Re: I met Hitler in 1967
what actually happened in Germany under the NSDAP?

GEORGE BERNARD SHAW: "It was evident that Germany needed only a resolute and clear-headed leader to denounce the Treaty; declare her determination to assert her full equality with the Powers, and refuse to be disarmed, plundered and chastised under the pretext of reparations and 'war guilt', to rally to him every living soul whose native language was German, and at the same time take a great step towards peace in Europe by proving that neither France nor England nor the United States dare outrage humanity by attempting military occupation of her territory on the model of the old partitions of Poland; in short, that instead of Europe being plunged into war she would be dragged back from the brink of it by Germany ... Herr Hitler seized the hour and said the word, and France and England immediately climbed down, preserving their dignity by lecturing the Chancellor solemnly on his naughty behaviour as they descended ... Mr. Vernon Bartlett was soundly berated by the Foreign Office for imploring all lovers of peace to believe in the perfect sincerity of Herr Hitler's assurance that a free Germany would be a peaceful Germany, but 95% of the listeners who wrote to him wanted to have him appointed Foreign Secretary.
When I said that Herr Hitler's action was right and inevitable, the storm of abuse that was about to bust on me was suddenly checked by Mr. Lloyd George saying exactly the same thing ... Europe breathed again.

The beginnings of a British popularity set in for Herr Hitler as they had set in years before for Signor Mussolini, in spite of all the liberal protests, and it only remains to watch the results of the forthcoming general election in Germany, in which it is inconceivable that a single vote should be cast against him, even by the angriest German Jew or German Communist."

- George Bernard Shaw.
Playwright.

'The Observer' November, 5th, 1933

THE CHURCH: "The spectacle of Germany today is a tremendous experience. Fifteen years after the war in which the allied powers thought they had destroyed her, Germany is on her feet again. As compared with 1922 and 1931, when I last saw Germany, the change is miraculous. The people are confident, enthusiastic and courageous. They have recovered their morale. In 1931 the German people were going to pieces. But now they are themselves again, no doubt about that! The masses of the people are increasingly with Hitler. I have been fooling myself all along that this was not so, but now I know it is so."

- John H. Holmes, Pastor.
Community Church.
NY Times,
July 12th, 1935

DOUGLAS REED: "Germans in their country are not less well cared for than the English people in theirs, but better. You are faced with a country immensely strong in arms and immensely strong in real wealth - not in gold bars in a vault of the national bank, but industry, agriculture, the thrift and energy of the work people, and the conditions of life they enjoy. In German now they have a mighty organisation, equipped with full powers, for improving the lot of the work people in factories and workshops.

Their engineers and social workers and artists go into the factories and see what needs to be done. They say that a shower room, recreation room, a restaurant, a medical clinic, a dental clinic is needed and these ere provided. They have a civic sense , a social conscience, a feeling of the community of German mankind - in spite of the bestial concentration camps - which you lack."

AND OF THOSE ‘CONCENTRATION ANOTHER ENGLISHMAN REVEALS ALL: "In August, 1933 there were seven thousand 'political prisoners' (Britain's prison population is in excess of 50,000) in Germany of which about 700 are Communists. Most were convicted of political crimes as we define them, but rather of anti-social behaviour and crime ... The discipline in the camp was of the robust kind. Every man had some kind of work to do, but this was not always enforced. The camp rose at 6.00am and all lights were out at 9.0pm. The meals consisted of breakfast, dinner, supper with meat served daily except on Fridays.
There was a dispensary attached to the camp and a German doctor was in charge. Severe cases of illness were sent to the local hospital ... Various trades were carried on inside the camp such as carpentry, tailoring and shoemaking.
Part of the camp was set off for bathing. Shower baths and facilities for sunbathing were shown to me. There was also a splendid sports ground ... The sleeping compartments consisted of wooden beds and straw mattresses, with three blankets for each prisoner. The working hours were from 7.00am to 11.30am and from 1.00pm to 6.00pm.
A library was in the course of being introduced ... Visitors were allowed once a week, and were received in the dining room which accommodated some 300 people.
There were apartments set apart for music and dramatic performances. In addition to receiving free board and lodging, each prisoner was drawing 10DM to 12DM per week, which represented his unemployment allowance pay ... Instruction in ethics, religion, the new form of government in Germany, history, languages, was given daily to those who desired to attend.
There was little or no crime among the men in the camp. Good order prevailed among all classes. The guards ate the same food as the prisoners, and were subject to the same disciplines as the internees, although they were government officials. One of the guards was a prince of the House of Hesse ... Letters and parcels were subject to censorship. In not one case out of many thousands received had it been found necessary to destroy any parcel or letter forwarded. Newspapers were permitted and smoking allowed. When a prisoner desired to light his pipe or cigarette, he had to go to a guard detailed off to supply lights for the prisoners, as no matches were permitted prisoners ... Services were held every Sunday and the majority of the opportunity.
No objection was raised by the authorities to my taking photographs of both camps and internees ... The men looked in splendid physical condition. Having heard many dreadful stories of brutal treatment being meted out to Communists in this particular camp, I asked some of the men to confide in me and tell me the truth of those allegations. Not a few laughed at 'the bloody capitalist liars in your country.'
I took fifteen men at random and asked them to strip in my presence. I wanted to see if they bore any marks of violence on their persons. I saw nothing indicative of bad treatment."

- G.E.O Knight,
In Defence of Germany,
(who was allowed complete freedom of movement in all camps)

JOHN F. KENNEDY, U.S PRESIDENT: "After visiting these two places (the town of Berchtesgaden and Obersalzberg) you can easily understand how that within a few years Hitler will emerge from the hatred that surrounds him now as one of the most significant figures who ever lived. He had in him the stuff of which legends are made."

Re: I met Hitler in 1967
PARAGUAY

The pre-1870 history of Paraguay continues to receive scholarly attention. Romero (item bi 90010766) has published a collection of documents on the Francia era, and Vargas Peña (item bi 91003061) has translated a rare book attributed to Vicente Pazos Kanki purportedly detailing Francia's little-known foreign policy objective to help Spain reconquer America. Fournial (item bi 90007297) sheds light on the influence of the French Revolution on Francia, while Cooney (see HLAS 50:2079) calls attention to a rival of Francia. Church-State relations before 1862 are skillfully analyzed by Heyn Schupp (item bi 92006960). Garavaglia (item bi 92006949) studies the effects of frontier conditions on the rural population, and Martínez Cuevas (item bi 89003398) looks at the grazing industry. Whigham sketches British efforts to open trade with Francia's Paraguay (item bi 89001500).

Baptista's suggestive but undocumented biography of Elisa Lynch indicates that more research is needed on this subject (item bi 89003395). Both Ganson (item bi 90003670) and Granada (item bi 90010764) pay tribute to the heroic Paraguayan women. Reber challenges the prevalent notion that the Paraguayan War caused the nation to lose most of its population (item bi 89000921).

For the post-1870 period there are several important contributions. Two doctoral candidates in the US have published their dissertations: Caballeros Aquino on the policies of Bernardino Caballero (item bi 92006876), and Miranda on the Stroessner regime (item bi 91003020). Seiferheld consulted US diplomatic papers to learn why the governments of Federico Chávez and Epifanio Méndez Fleias fell (items bi 92006964 and bi 89003386). The meddling of foreign governments in the domestic affairs of Paraguay and the rise of rebel groups is amply documented by Miranda (item bi 91003020). In two studies, Abente identifies the domestic international factors that contributed to the fall of the Liberal party in 1936 (items bi 89002768 and bi 89002726). Labor history benefits from the studies of Gaona (item bi 92006896) and Barboza (item bi 89003387).

The outpouring of works on the Chaco War continues, but there are encourging signs that military history will be written with the professional soldier in mind. Works by Tufari Recalde (item bi 89001486) and Vittone (item bi 89001504) are serious efforts at writing military history. At the unit level, both Saldívar (item bi 89001495) and Escobar Rodas (item bi 91027535) have written impressive accounts. Ramos (item bi 89001506) provides useful biographies of the generals and colonels he knew. That professional soldiers can differ on strategy, politics, and administrative procedures is made apparent in Alemán (item bi 91027532) and Franco (item bi 89003236). The reasons for the military's dissatisfaction with the peace treaty are fully explained in Escobar (item bi 89003388) and Granada (item bi 90010764). Both writers and Seiferheld (item bi 92006964) evaluate the importance of oil as a cause for the war and an obstacle to peace. Cooney and Whigham interview Harris Gaylord Warren, the leading US historian of Paraguay (item bi 89002721). Kallsen published a bibliographical guide to literature on Asunción (item bi 89003401).

If Hitler escaped to Paraguay he would have found an
already old settled German speaking community
that the non German people accepted and enjoyed,
and those settlers built roads and towns so the
mostly Indian locals all prospered. Such an
environment would have suited Hitler who
loved the land and the peasant Folk.

Paraguayan ORIENTATION

Identification. The name "Paraguay" derives from the river that divides the eastern half of the nation from the western Chaco region. The vast majority of the population (95 percent) shares a Paraguayan identity, but several other cultural identities exist. The indigenous population is composed of seventeen ethnic groups from five linguistic families. Most immigrants have blended into the national population, but several groups have maintained distinct identities and cultures. Those groups include Mennonites, who settled in the western (Chaco) and the northern regions early in the early twentieth century; Japanese, who settled in agricultural colonies primarily during the 1950s and 1960s; and more recent Korean, Lebanese, and ethnic Chinese immigrants, who have settled in the urban centers of Asunción and Ciudad del Este since the 1970s. In the 1960s and 1970s, large numbers of Brazilian immigrant farmers moved to the eastern frontier region and became the backbone of the soybean export sector. By the 1990s, a second generation of Brazilians had been born and raised in Paraguay, and a few intermarried with the local population. These brasiguayos form a distinct subgroup.

San Bernardino or San Ber is a town in Paraguay, located on the shores of Ypacarai Lake in the Cordillera Department. It is a popular holiday resort for people from Asunción, both Alfredo Stroessner and former Nicaraguan president Anastasio Somoza have had lakehouse there.

The town contains a museum, a rathaus, a bierstube and a cemetery that contains the grave of Los Paraguayos singer Luis Alberto del Paraná.

The town was founded in 1881 by German immigrants who named the town New Bavaria. More Germans came from Tanganyika and the Sudetenland after the First World War, though the town was renamed after General Bernardino Caballero, president of Paraguay 1880 - 1886.

The Lake Hotel in San Bernardino was where the German nationalist Dr. Bernhard Förster spent the last 6 weeks of his life, before committing suicide on 3 June 1889 by taking an overdose of strychnine. Inspired by a writing of Richard Wagner's, and his own strong anti-semitism, he set out to found a German settlement in Paraguay with his wife Elisabeth Förster née Nietzsche (sister of the philosopher) and some German families. Their efforts, at a site called Nueva Germania, failed dismally causing Förster to leave for San Bernardino.

Förster was buried in the town's cemetery. As Nazism became increasingly popular amongst Paraguay's German community in the 1930s, Förster became something of a hero. In 1934 Adolf Hitler ordered a small memorial service to take place at his graveside, with German soil sent to sprinkle over the grave.

...

Other than the small temporary settlement at Horqueta near Concepción, the third Mennonite settlement to be established in Paraguay was Friesland. This colony was founded by Fernheim settlers who were dissatisfied with the isolated Chaco and many of whom were also opposed to the colony cooperative. After investigating several places in eastern Paraguay the group decided to settle about 40 miles east of the Paraguay River port of Rosario, or slightly over 100 miles (160 km) northeast of Asunción. The exodus from Fernheim occurred during the winter months of 1937, and by September 748 persons had settled and established Friesland Colony. The pattern of the new settlement was similar to that of Fernheim—settlement in villages; it also had the same religious organizations (General Conference Mennonite and Mennonite Brethren) except that very few families of the Allianz Gemeinde had migrated. In time even a business cooperative, which had been so disliked in Fernheim, was formed, but membership was made voluntary. The exodus from Fernheim weakened that colony and caused some bitterness. The Mennonite Central Committee discouraged the movement and gave no assistance to the new settlement until some years later. Economically, progress in the Friesland settlement was disappointing.

In both Fernheim and Friesland considerable dissatisfaction with Paraguay manifested itself during the 1930's and early 1940's and not a little pro-German and pro-Nazi sympathy developed, especially in Friesland, but also in Fernheim; none, however, in Menno. For a while there was more talk of returning to Europe than of further Mennonite migrations to Paraguay, and some actually returned to Germany during the war. After the war, however, this feeling disappeared, and there were actually new Mennonite migrations to Paraguay.

Sure you did and I met Julius Caesar last week.

Yeah, I know it sounds incredible, amd maybe he was just a look-a-like, but the experience was very real and the most fascinating thing that ever happened to me.

My tale is there because I wanted to tell it, because I've always wanted to tell it to more folks than just members of my immediate family ....and, maybe it was for real, maybe not, but for me it was 100 percent genuine and very, very moving.

On the outskirts of Ascension, Paraguay.

I was working as a junior rep for an oil company at the time and I was on leave for two weeks, just bumming around Uruguay and Paraguay, and one of the guys I knew at Procter & Gamble said I should come up and meet him at this dinner party they were having and prepare to have my mind blown.

Hitler was one of the nicest guys I ever met. He was very frail at the time but his English and his manners were perfect. He kept asking me about my favorite hobby (photography) and he said he would give me an old Leica he had, which he would send on to me at my main address in Montevideo. Never arrived though.

I have no idea when he died. 1970 in Argentina, rumor has it.

Thought you might like to know .... Just an oldie on his way out with cancer making a small internet confession before the curtain drops. :-)

Thank you for your post sir, there was a day when I would have said ,fraud!, but now, I believe this is a true story folks, and I'll tell you why. While doing research on Spiritual matters I had come across relevant information in regards to Catholic priests becoming S.S.Officers of the Nazi Regime. They were!!!. Anyway, I had stumbled upon an article that mentioned a possibility that Hitler did not die as proposed. At the time, I gave it no further thought as I felt it was a load of bunk. Then years later while researching Prophecies, I started reading all Nostradamus's "quatrains", a very large compilation that had ALL his quatrains listed. There was one in particular that nearly blew me off my chair. In it Nostradamus wrote that a man and woman, who were supposed to be dead, were not, and that in reality, they were secreted away in a underwater ship(submarine)and that the ones found were dopelgangers. Of course this isn't a direct quote. Now, what puzzled me was the fact that nowhere did I ever hear anyone mention this particular quatrain! How come?, this was a book in the Library! Yet, ALL the people who made this mans prophecies their life work studying his revelations never ONCE made mention of this quatrain! Why? At the time I sought out any author that may have dealt with this issue, and there was no one! So, I gave up looking and moved on to other things of import. Then, a couple of years ago, I stumbled across an article on the net(Rense.com), that told of a researcher who also heard of this possibility and had researched. She said she had come across old documents that showed that a German U-Boat had landed in Spain in 1947 ,carrying 13 high ranking Nazi S.S. Officers and that they were escorting a man and a woman! Their stay in Spain was about 3 wks. I think, before they all then left aboard the U-Boat destined for South America. It arrived later off the coast of S. America where it docked at harbour for a period before continuing on to another destination. Apparently, there were people in pursuit of this group and when the U-Boat Captain and his first officer arrived back in S. America about 2 mths. later they were apprehended and questioned. They sang like canaries apparently, and told a very strange story. They said it was to be their last mission, to escort to safety ,Hitler,Eva Braun, and loyal S.S. Officers to a secret German military base in the Antarctic. The name of the base was "New Schwabenland". Now, It's sketchy here, cause I don't have that article at the moment, but anyway, there was this so-called "science" expedition to the Antarctic shortly there after by a famous american admiral who led the "fleet" to Antarctica. There were 17 in total and no explanation why military ships were required. It was reported that only 13 came back, what happened there? No records, and no one talked. Strange ,huh? Well, of course I then checked to see if there was any so-called "New Schwabenland", and Holy Crap!!!!, there was!! Anyway, while researching this topic I did also read that Adolph Hitler finally passed away in 1968!!!!!!! I could find no mention of Eva Braun's passing, but Hitler being alive until 1968 blew me away! Who covered for him and let the world believe the lies of his death? NWO,? TPTB?, Catholic Church, protecting one of their own? Freemasons?, for surely it had to be from the top. If this strange story is in fact true, maybe they've got Saddam hidden somewhere too. He too was a high ranking Freemason and his sons were Freemasons as well. Who knows? So, yes sir, I do believe your story. Also I ask the readers, has anyone else read Nostradamus's quatrain about this? no one ,where, did I see mention of it not even t.v. shows about Nostradamus and his Prophecies. Surely researchers seen it, I did !!!! a nobody sitting in a Library.

Myself, I believe the "pretender" did so as a martyr for the cause. Or else he was promised continued prosperity for his surviving family members. I do believe it is possible Saddam IS alive, he was a high ranking Freemason and his sons were freemasons as well.

Re: I met Hitler in 1967
I can well believe that Hitler did have his own death faked. We know that - under Operation: Paperclip - so many Nazi scientists were taken to America, given new ID's, and had their minds milked by the US Gov.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 853055

I think it was Goebels who said:"you may have defeated Germany, but the Fourth Reich lives on!!" What did he mean by that? Could it be that the Nazi's did'nt end there, just merely traded their "coat" of Nazism for a "coat" of Democracy ,and then were hidden within the ranks of American politics and life? I do know of "Operation Paperclip", I do know that Nasa was formed with captured German Scientists who gave America the atom bomb and space sciences. German spies and their spy network were absorbed by the O.S.S. who then became the C.I.A. The captured Germans of all stripes were absorbed into industry ,manufacturing ,banking and so forth, and after awhile everyone saw them as Americans. Can that explain why things are currently the way they were in pre-war Germany? We need to look at this, by comparing the two we just might discover that they are one and the same, maybe thats what Goebels(?) meant!

Re: I met Hitler in 1967
On the outskirts of Ascension, Paraguay.

Fuck Hitler.

I don't get you fucking people who worship other men.

Fucking homosexuality is what they usually call it. Though I'm sure worthless pieces of shit like you have dreamed up all kinds of high sounding names for your homosexual manifestations.

You worthless sacks of shit live in a fantasy world. Hidden in your basement (your moms basement) dreaming of killing jews and negros. So fucking useless. Well not Tirin, he's made a business out of it.

Fuck off whores! lolsign

Re: I met Hitler in 1967
Hi again OP, I was wondering, have you ever heard of a German Baron by the name of Frary T. von Blomberg? I've met him personally and shook hands with him at the Four Seasons in Toronto back in late 70's. It was an experience I'll never forget. When I was introduced by a friend at the time, I was told to first address him as "your excellency" before anything else was said. I did want to ask a couple of questions but as I approached him, I started getting the "willies" and my hair stood on end. Very wierd. Also he had these "piercing" eyes that creeped me out when he stared at me in front of him. I ended up just saying "nice to meet you" and got out of there. A very strange encounter indeed. Have you heard of him?

You were in awe.

At that point you were open to all sorts of evil suggestion.

You abandoned your inner being to worship another man.

It's sad that you think this is a good thing.

Reduced to a mere shell. Empty and nothing, at the site of another man.

You're nothing but a bunch of whores.
