It was you that was so desperate to believe that you even came up with "screened memories" to explain why the constellations appeared right where they should be even though Nancy claims the Earth is halted in orbit and is wobbling about unpredictably. You continued to do so regardless of how many times her claims were proven false. Now, you're doing the same for Clif...you're so desperate to believe him that you even said that if his March 2nd prediction fails it's because his warning saved us all. He has assigned an "emotional value" to about 300,000 words. The word "terrorist" would have an emotional value of 9 or 10, and the word "flange" might get a 3 or 4 and a word like "oleoresin" might get a 1. He will then do a "run", and his spyders will visit millions of sites look for words with high emotional values. When he finds one like "terrorist" - he will then grab the three or four words preceding it, and three or four words following it. When run is complete he will look for phrases that match, or come very close to matching (or that have matching substrings). If the software determines that say, fifteen phrases with the word "terrorist" in them, are the "same" (in that they pass the "same" test - however that is coded), that "phrase" will appear in the alta report. So the alta report is really about 300 pages of these "phrases". Each run produces a new alta report, with 300 pages of different phrases.

When Clif writes a "shape" report, he will reference these phrases by putting brackets around them. For instance, the phrase [dollar death] is one that shows up a lot. Sometimes very unexpected phrases show up like the number 1.289 billion which in Clif's "opinion" is the number of deaths we can expect if the powers that be have Israel attack Iran.

The number 1.289 is NOT Clif's "opinion" in that it does indeed appear in an alta report. Clif's "opinion" goes toward suggesting that it represents the number of future deaths resulting from war and the [Israeli mistake] - another phrase. So when Clif says "1.289 billion are going to die", he's kind of "lying" because the alta report is NOT that detailed. He's filling in the details when he attempts to put all these phrases together into a coherent picture that tells a story we can understand. BUT THE THREE HUNDRED PAGES OF PHRASES provide a lot material that one can attempt to "assemble" with "lies" as the glue.

And anyone can do it - the three hundred pages of phrases can be purchased for around $300 and YOU can use your own "lies" to cobble together the phrases any way you want.

First of all, I don't think he's actually going to all that trouble to simply recycle what appears here and on other similar sites.

But let's say your description is valid. That still means he is choosing the words he wants for his reports. If you search the web for "Justin Bieber" "American Idol" and "orgasm" that's what you're going to find. If you search for "war" "disease" and "famine" that's what you're going to find.
