Lost the headlights last night freaky

just cruising along bout 12 ish PM and a short occurred in my cars electrics
no headlights,
All of a sudden it was pitch black
the temp was about zero with no wind thankfully, All of the fuses were okay but no power to the headlights, im so pleased i had a torch and length of wire in the vehicle, as with this i ran a hot wire from the battery to headlights and to my great joy it worked and i got home safely. link to www.godlikeproductions.com] alt=''> link to www.godlikeproductions.com] alt=''>
