Of course millions will die. Over 55 million people die every year. So by the end of the century we foresee over 4,510,000,000 people to die. One can only expect that millions of those people will die because of pollution related reasons.

It doesn't take a genius to figure this out. But it doesn't mean that its a reason to panic, it's simply a matter of probability.
