Also, her friend probably should have just made some hot tea and soup for her and tried to help her instead of calling 911. Sure, that's not true in every case, and people generally freak out. But it sounds like they put her in a medically induced coma, ran a bunch of tests, and gave her who knows what drugs. Yeah, hot soup and tea and a friend to help her might have worked out better, I don't know. But I don't trust hospitals at all, they have no credibility. Meanwhile we all basically got the same thing (never got testing, but we're sure that's what it was). I can tell you this, was probably the worst flu I ever had, first day is worst feels like your back bones are breaking, severe pain, literally missed a week of work, which I NEVER do. My adult son said same thing, was worst he ever had. So anyways, just to confirm, it's SUPER bad, and also can be caught in hospital or from people who went to hospital in my opinion. Funny part though, they had a lady at front desk that stopped all people coming in and out of hospital questioning about the flu, etc, so they knew it was going around, but yet they didn't seem to stop anyone. |
