I’m loving this president today.

They just built a new school in my neighborhood a block away, rezoned to a school zone. My property taxes are gonna soar yeah, but my equity is going to be awesome if the market can hold for another 4 years, then I will sell right before he leaves office.

Before everyone celebrates you can almost bet ALCU and SPLC will be filing with the supreme court and it'll become a campaign issue.

You know that low income housing (except for seniors and disabled) has a bad track record of having lousy people that do not have to pay for the rent, or not too much and so they have no interest in keeping it clean and safe. I even read on the apartment reviews in some of the nice expensive high rises in the city, that there are low income people renting and the renters who pay full price say that the low income renters just hang around all day, like they have nothing better to do, and they look shady. they also have a bad track record of having bratty kids run around and cause damage in and out of the apartment, running down halls, etc.

the biggest worse thing that low income renters have done was the housing projects... when they were put up in the 1930's they were nice, but then low income and criminals moved in and that's why the projects turned so bad that they had to be torn down.

You might get mad at me, but you all know its the truth anyhow.

They're not preventing them from living there.

They just won't force the suburbs to allow slums to be built anymore.

I live in a suburban community that is about 20% POC (Black and Hispanic people). There are lesbians too, mixed race families, whatever.

There are NO BLM signs.

Thomas Sowell brought that up once, how housing projects used to be hard to get into because of background checks, etc. Now they're big slums of concentrated poverty, legacy of the Great Society and that evil evil man LBJ.

Good call by Trump! Most people don't realize what Obama was really up to with this. He scared me before he was elected, saying that he had no interest in the suburbs. I was right with Rush in hoping he failed.
