Halloween III : Season of the Witch..any big fans?

I've probably watched and enjoyed it more times than any other movie, too.

Tom Atkins plays such a classic role.

That family in that room, LOL!

It was the only GOOD one to me.

John Carpenter put together some great shit.

I love the Soundtrack as well.

Yes, good, but dark.

Agreed. Michael Myers was kind of a one-trick pony. There is so much going on in III.

Conal Cocoran. That speech he gives about ritual sacrifice and witchcraft.

I think it rang so true with me as a kid was because even then, I could understand TV as inherently evil, and knew the people who ran the world were probably bafflingly sinister.

That Silver Shamrock commercial jingle. Something so twisted and chaotic about it. Added a great effect for the movie.

Reminds me of the theory about 5g activating vaccine nanotechnology.

I was also 8 when I saw this movie.

It was the first movie that disturbed me on a different level.

I thought it was diamond shamrock. I loved that movie when I was a kid. Especially the part where the boys head melts and snakes come out. But it's been a long time so I might not have it right.

I liked it. I bought some of the Preseli Blue stone, which is part of what Stonehenge is made from.

It's a really great concept with B movie execution. I think it's what gave it it's charm. My favorite Halloween movie by far.

I thought the angle of the humanoid-robots attacking and killing people was pretty creepy.

What about the town and warehouse where the masks were made?

Now that was creepy!!!

Saw it as a kid... never fully understood the ending... thought there would be a "sequel."

Freaked me out as a kid, also my fav in the series.

Remember renting it all excitedly from the video store as a teen thinking Michael Myers and all that, watched it and thought "oi, what was that, what a rip off", very, very disappointed.

Saw this the first time a few years ago.
Crazy movie and loved how it’s out of the loop from the ongoing Halloween story lines.

Just watched it. Was a good movie. Really bad acting but tells the viewer what's really going on. Evil shit.

I might have to check this movie out. Never seen it. Heard about it a few times.

I goggle Silver Shamrock occasionally just because it is a really catchy tune.

SPOILER ALERTfor anyone who is going to watch it

This lady found this chip in one of the Halloween masks. And she poked it and it "misfired" (they called it that in the movie) and zapped her face. And it made the bug crawl out.

Later, you see that all the masks have a chip. And they are activated by a particular commercial on the tv. The kids are told to watch tv at a particular time for the giveaway and they are told to wear their masks. While watching the Silver Shamrock commercial on the tv, the chips are activated. They kill the person wearing the mask and then a horrific amount of bugs and venomous snakes comes out of the body. We get to see that when they do a test of a father, mother and their son in a room. As for Halloween night when they run the commercial . . .

well, you'll just have to see, lol

Finally, somebody did a thread on it. A Satanic ritual sacrifice of children perpetrated by a corporation. I'm almost afraid to watch it again.

It's a wild ride. I liked it.

Darcy and The Last Drive-In fans have been trying for years to get Joe Bob Briggs to play it on his show but so far he's held off (not being a fan of it, I guess).
