This Honolulu Advertiser announcement of Barack Obama’s Aug 4, 1961 birth was published August 13, 1961 on page B-6. It is available only on microfilm in Hawaii libraries. In 1961, a parent could simply mail in a baby's birth certificate with no questions asked, and no one from the Hawaii government would do a followup to verify that the information on the mailed in birth certificate was true. After the Hawaii agency recorded the mailed in Obama birth certificate, it sent the birth notice to the local newspaper alongside the birth notices of births that occurred in Hawaii hospitals.

However the critical mistake in the fraudulent 2008 forged COLB is that it lists the father as "African" and that designation was not used in the Federal tracking and census forms. It only used Negro (among other race designations.)

I asked my dad about this as he was a supply seargent back in 1961 and he dealt with records and such. He did verify that the term Negro was regularly used on military transfer, station or other types of orders. He said he never ever saw the term 'African' used on anything that had to do with people of color all the way up until he retired from the military in 1976.

Tampered Records.

Obama's handlers tampered with the microfiche copies kept at public and university libraries in Hawaii because some of the letters are offset.

Both the Honolulu Advertiser and the Star Bulletin are on the Dems payroll and they altered their original microfiche records.

Therefore any old records can say anything Obama's handlers want them to say.

Find a copy of the original newspaper. It must exist somewhere. That would conclusively demonstrate any discrepancy, should one exist.

The registration is issued to anyone walking into a hospital with a baby. It is not a birth certificate.

So a newspaper is now considered a legally valid document to prove one's birth place? Huuummm...

The Reason Stanley Anne Durhan tried to board a plane back to the US whilst heavily pregnant was precisely to ensure that her baby had US citizenship - when she was refused and had to give birth in Mombassa general hospital - she simply boarded a couple of days later , phoned her parents to place an ad in the local paper, then turned up at a Hawaii hosp with a baby and claimed a COLB - and quite frankly with all the communist conections they could have circumvented any procedure.

Just one problem with that. She's an American. Her baby would be an American anyway. She could have had the baby in a sub on the bottom of the ocean and it would have been American.

So, again, why would she kill herself to have the baby on American Soil? Did she know that some day he'd be running for president?

Ok I'm not a birther or anything but - from what I've read because of her age and her gender she could not transmit citizenship to her son at that time.

Probably proves nada. It was then and is now simple to send a birth notice into a newspaper. No one was or is checking. Only shows the mother pulled a scam then, or the records were fiddled with (hardly difficult to do).

No, that's not it.

If Obama is not a natural born citizen of the United States, then the rule of law says he is not eligible to be President. Period. Same reason why Arnold Schwarzenegger is NOT eligible. It has nothing to do with race, it has to do with respecting and upholding the laws of the United States.

If people think those laws should be changed, then there is a legal process for that that needs to be respected.

If anyone in the United States should be held to a higher standard of behavior, it is the President.

That is not to say, however, that all of our past presidents have acted legally and morally within the laws of the United States! But I do think that some have had an expectation that Obama would be different than all the rest. That he would set a higher legal and moral compass mainly because of what he promised during his campaign. But the honeymoon period appears to be over and it seems to be business as usual. Change you can believe in? I don't see it...
