The Constitution was brutally declawed and neutered in 1868. Today it is a twisted remnant that serves only as an inspiration for service members because they do not realize that the document itself was discreetly turned against itself. You already know and would readily admit that the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th have been and are infringed every day while those who are doing the infringing swear that they are not.

It is because TPTB modified the constitution and told everyone it was all about slavery. And that is PURE B.S., just as the Patriot Act isn't all about terrorism.

If the American people really knew that the originally ratified 13th Amendment was "disappeared" disposed of, and magically reappeared completely different and it's business as usual.

If the American people really knew that the 14th Amendment did not "free" the slaves, it gave them "U.S. Citizenship" status. (Other Americans at the time already living had no such status or title)

If the American people really knew that this 14th Amendment status would be used against their all children and onward to eliminate the protections of the Constitution while being taught that they are free.

If the American people really knew that "U.S. Citizens do NOT enjoy the rights enumerated in the Constitution but rather the 14th Amendment recognized "immunities and privileges"

If the American people really knew that 14th Amendment Citizenship is what gives The I.R.S. the power to coercibly force you into relinquishing your income; Gives the Government the power to "draft" you into service against your will in times of war; enact laws such as prohibition (18th Amendment, that turned out to be a nice test of U.S. Citizen compliance); jail and fine and restrict you for "driving" without insurance, build without a permit, have pets without a license, Etc.

If the American people really knew that the Government had to pass what is known as "The Expatriation Act" just prior to announcing the ratification of 14th Amendment because they had to ensure that what they were about to do-- enslave the people of America-- had to be done in a way that assumed Consent. This is their acknowledging that Governments are instituted among men deriving their just powers from the Consent of the Governed.

Above all, if the American people really knew that they have the power to be even MORE American via Expatriation; that removing the status as a 14th Amendment "U.S. Citizen" is the method allowed by law to undo ALL that has been done to usurp the Constitution, enslave you, and pave the way for a regular stream of immunities and privileges that make YOU depend on them rather than the other way around. By staying a U.S. Citizen, you Consent. By voting in the corrupt system, you REALLY consent.

The Americans citizens responded in 1776 by formally declaring their independence as one new nation — the United States of America — claiming their own sovereignty and rejecting any allegiance to the British monarchy.

It should also be noted that citizens started the American Revolution long before the Revolutionary War.They first rejected the authority of the Parliament of Great Britain to govern them from overseas without representation, and then expelled all royal officials.

Having served in the military I can say that the military provides security it does not provide freedom. It is up to every American citizen to ensure that freedom is a right in this great contry that we will continue to enjoy.
