I'm not absolutely sure that the Lord won't return on May 21, or any other day, so I remain prepared, even though I see serious problems with the premises and methods which supposedly prove May 21, 2011. One thing on the Family Radio website jumps out at me in the explanation of the proofs. Assuming the whole Dispensationalism doctrine is correct (which I don't), how does the repeated statement in Revelation about Satan being "bound for 1000 years" when Mr. Camping calculates the time as 1955 years remain consistent with his literalist interpretation of "one day with God is as 1000 years?" How can "1000 years" be "symbolic" for 1955 years of Satan being bound from AD 33 to 1988, but absolutely literal when calculating the "days" of creation and the "7 days" of history from the Flood? And if the whole world has been experiencing "unprecedented tribulation" since May 21, 1988, it may be hard to convince people who lived through centuries of war, pestilence, slavery and horrendous brutality that the last 23 years, however littered with misery and disaster, were not a relative paradise of comfort and progress for so much of the world?

I researched the scripts with you all. I have a few issues here. First of all if only 200 million will be saved, I assure you no one living now are included in that figure.

The reason is that with today's population nearing 7 billion (a number that represents only about 10% of those already deceased over the century's past), the 200 million would have been accounted for long ago. I believe our God is a loving God and with more than 200 million infants who have yet to sin at all that have died (born and died) well before the current 7 billion earth dwellers currently on the globe were even born, He would not let them perish and go unsaved when they never even had a chance. Our Caring and Loving God would not condemn those precious little ones would He? Absolutely not!

That leaves no room for anyone else and in fact, the SIDs and infant/young child deaths alone in 11,000 years would be greater than 200 million. The 200,000,000 figure has never been stated to be a number of the saved, but it references the number of the "Army" from the east that marches to Israel in war and the only Army from the east capable of 200 million solders is China, who does have approximately that number in their combined militaries.

Please omit any thought that only 200 million currently alive will be saved if you're are basing this on scripture. If you're using that number as a total saved of all who have lived then you were born several hundred years too late if you plan on being saved, so don't even believe this number.

Of those I hear or read about preaching the May 21, 2011 rapture date are selling God too short. You're not crediting Him as the Loving God we've grown to know. You're informing people to beg for salvation. God and Jesus assures us of everlasting life in many scriptures.

The below statistical data represents current world technology. The actual number were much greater in earlier centuries. The reason for this data is to demonstrate that easy math would lead an ordinary person to conclude that far greater than 200 million infant deaths alone have occurred on since Adam and Eve.
