If you read this post , it reflects what AA was mentioning. Sunspots will reduce but the events will be powerful and damaging.

ocnce again Hugh this is why i have been so into GCR's.
i have been following several scientists and their studies of them and the possiblity that the sun's heliosphere might be shrinking.
hearing that this might create an explosive effect does not sound good.
if we just let that sink in a little. we are sitting thinking the sun is growing more quiet and kablum!

The first observation of a sunquake was reported in the late 1990s.
During the last decade it has become well established that explosions in the Sun’s atmosphere, known as solar flares, can create sunquakes through the impact of powerful beams of particles which travel into the Sun.
This new study shows that eruptions of material known as coronal mass ejections are also able to produce sunquakes.
The authors studied an eruption that took place on 15 February 2011 and found that sunquakes 1000 times more powerful than the Great East Japan Earthquake, March 2011, were triggered at the two ends of the erupting rope of magnetic field.

It's amazing how little the average person knows about that big yellow orb in the sky that keeps them alive.

A year ago, I didn't know any more than them but have learned so much since then, it's just amazing. Of course the big flares and CME's were the draw for me, which started with new knowledge of EMP's and then learning what a CME could also do.

I want to thank each and everyone of you that update this thread constantly, it is such a learning tool and you all need tons of koodoos!!

waves...vibration...CYMATICS...Hz...resonate...patterns...
cracks in the magnetic field....audio feed back is a standing wave...do we have standing waves in our different layers of atmosphere.

i think it happens.

cymatics first discovered in the 1700' then forgotten untill the 1960's

a man discovered in the mid 1800's you can bend light by using physical pressure on a prism, he also did with this very strong magnets. this was forgotten untill the 1940's and then bell labs got into it later....masers and lasers came from their research. in know this my dad work for bell labs.
i think Tesla knew all this too.

the earth and the human brain resonate at 6-8 Hz. Tesla did know this!
maybe we need to look into this freq. 6-8 hz.

Great catch AC66, I saw the prominence and couldn't believe it came from a measly B8.9 flare from the over-achieving AR1444. It looks more like a prominence eruption, but after checking SDO it's definitely from the B-flare.

I'm not trying to toot my own horn here (guess I did that, already,lol); but I wanted to post a couple images from the ICEHUNTER project I took part in with Zoouniverse.org. The stated goal of the project was to identify possible secondary targets for NASA's New Horizon's mission to Pluto. I scanned about 7000 images and picked out approximately 6000 "objects of interest" (potential Kuiper Belt Objects and asteroids). Objects which were picked by 3 or more participants were given further review by project astronomers to rule out all of the mistaken identities.
Each image is a miniscule sliver of cosmic real estate and I had no clue what stars or coordinates I was looking at. Some of the images were absolutely awful-looking due to the methods of subtraction used. At this point I have no details on how many new objects were discovered; I'm hoping NASA will give a full-blown press conference when the data has been reviewed by the Minor Planet Center. Anyway, here's a few pics to give you a flavor of it.
