I will crush you with my nads. I was sitting around the other day admiring how big my nuts are, when I came to the conclusion that they are somewhere between fairly giant and super giant. I recently got into a debate with a friend of mine over the validity of Obama being a US Citizen and here is our breakdown. Just because he was born in Kenya does not mean he is not a US Citizen as per the following:

The applicable law would appear to be: Title 8 of the U.S. Code fills in the gaps left by the Constitution. Section 1401 defines the following as people who are "citizens of the United States at birth:"

•Anyone born inside the United States ...*
•Any Indian or Eskimo born in the United States, provided being a citizen of the U.S. does not impair the person's status as a citizen of the tribe
•Any one born outside the United States, both of whose parents are citizens of the U.S., as long as one parent has lived in the U.S.
•Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year and the other parent is a U.S. national
•Any one born in a U.S. possession, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year
•Any one found in the U.S. under the age of five, whose parentage cannot be determined, as long as proof of non-citizenship is not provided by age 21
•Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is an alien and as long as the other parent is a citizen of the U.S. who lived in the U.S. for at least five years (with military and diplomatic service included in this time)
•A final, historical condition: a person born before 5/24/1934 of an alien father and a U.S. citizen mother who has lived in the U.S.

And if Obama did move to Indonesia as a child, he would not be able to renounce his US citizenship as per:
A child CANNOT renounce his US citizenship nor can it be taken from him. He CAN have dual or even multiple citizenship. Although the foreign country might require the child to renounce their citizenship, but US law will not recognize a chi...ld’s renouncement prior to the age of 18. This is because a child is not LEGALLY of age to make such decisions. Becoming a citizen of Indonesia as a child would not negate Obama’s citizenship

I have been trying to dig up a video or transcript of his debate vs alan keys where he supposedly admits that it doesnt matter that he is from Kenya because he is running for senator not president. All I can find is summaries that this did happen but no actual footage which again may have been removed. And from what I have researched, it was an offstage comment that was recorded on personal camera and was on youtube for a while but then removed for obvious reasons (if its fact). If he was born in Kenya which (he has clearly stated, the ambassador admitted, Michelle admitted, newspapers during his senate race in IL, and his grandmother admitted), means he would have received a Consular Report of Birth Abroad CRBA FS-240 form or back then could have been the DS-1350, how would he have a HI certification of birth?

And what is the result of this? Do we at least know the Obama’s SSN by now?

I'm usually a lurker, but I thought I would respond. I was looking up the social security number given, 042-68-4425 on www.rootsweb.com and on the social security site, and nothing comes up. It is invalid. I did however go back to roots web social security death index [link to ssdi.rootsweb.ancestry.com] and put in Jean Ludwig's name along with the birth year of 1890. Info did come up on him with the social security number of #045-26-8722. It is from Connecticut as was stated earlier. So I'm not sure what exactly this all means, but I thought it would be good to give you the info. :)

This thread has been the most intersting thread I've seen in a long time!!! Would LOVE to see the White house and present administration just comment and show not only the correct birth certificate but the real SS number. Why?
