Who the hell thinks up the initial seed for the bill? Is it some fucked up government dude, sat in a padded cell scribbling chaos across a notepad, with a crayon? Once his maniac scribbling is finished he then passes it to his keeper? Who takes it to the next person for fine tuning? Once they're happy they forward it to congress for approval?

One person or a small think tank come up with the initial shit, who are they?

This is not the death of the first amendment. It was already dead. Killed 10 years ago when W pushed the patiot act through congress. Our rights have been trimmed constantly since then. The bill of rights has pretty much been repealed by the unconstitutional laws passed since 911. The only one they have not successfully destroyed is the 2nd amendment. That one will be a problem for them. Taking away the second amendment would make our guns even more precious and more likely to be used in armed revolt.

The way this new bill is worded, you can be arrested for protesting in front of the White House or the US Capital (or just about anywhere in the District Of Crooks for that matter).

Oh, please. The death of this nation happened far earlier than 2008 (2000 or 2001 ring a bell?). 2008 was just the last nail in the coffin.

I'd go further back than that... even back to the the FED RES, but as anyone can see, the death is incremental like a disease and creeps. For me, seeing something like Waco and 911 really illustrated that this country was on it's death bed.

They're prepping for the G8 Summit in Chicago on May 8th.

Retailers and Business want to shut down during the event but Rahm Emmanual will not allow it. WH and federal agencies requesting additional cops from city which doesn't exist.

How many of the protesters will end up in FEMA camps? Never to be heard from again!

What will they say or do when no one comes to their campaign speeches? Would that make Joe Wilson who spoke out during Obama State of The Union a possible felon?

If someone protests at Romney or Santorium's speech are they now felons? This is a slippery slope and I think it will end up only biting the Tea Party and not the Occ.
