Who the hell thinks up the initial seed for the bill? Is it some fucked up government dude, sat in a padded cell scribbling chaos across a notepad, with a crayon? Once his maniac scribbling is finished he then passes it to his keeper? Who takes it to the next person for fine tuning? Once they're happy they forward it to congress for approval?

One person or a small think tank come up with the initial shit, who are they?

It was nice having you for a couple of centuries. You will be missed. Your death had been expected after the death of the nation of your birth in 2008.

This is not the death of the first amendment. It was already dead. Killed 10 years ago when W pushed the patiot act through congress. Our rights have been trimmed constantly since then. The bill of rights has pretty much been repealed by the unconstitutional laws passed since 911. The only one they have not successfully destroyed is the 2nd amendment. That one will be a problem for them. Taking away the second amendment would make our guns even more precious and more likely to be used in armed revolt.

US Congress passes authoritarian anti-protest law Bill H.R. 347

A bill passed Monday in the US House of Representatives and Thursday in the Senate would make it a felony—a serious criminal offense punishable by lengthy terms of incarceration—to participate in many forms of protest associated with the Occupy Wall Street protests of last year. Several commentators have dubbed it the “anti-Occupy” law, but its implications are far broader.

The bill—H.R. 347, or the “Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act of 2011”—was passed by unanimous consent in the Senate, while only Ron Paul and two other Republicans voted against the bill in the House of Representatives (the bill passed 388-3). Not a single Democratic politician voted against the bill.

The way this new bill is worded, you can be arrested for protesting in front of the White House or the US Capital (or just about anywhere in the District Of Crooks for that matter).

I'd go further back than that... even back to the the FED RES, but as anyone can see, the death is incremental like a disease and creeps. For me, seeing something like Waco and 911 really illustrated that this country was on it's death bed.

As long as AIPAC or mossad lite's infiltration into congress and staff, America will not be for Americans. The gentiles will be silenced and threatened into submission. Congress is compromised and no longer serves the interests of the American people.

They're prepping for the G8 Summit in Chicago on May 8th.

Retailers and Business want to shut down during the event but Rahm Emmanual will not allow it. WH and federal agencies requesting additional cops from city which doesn't exist.

How many of the protesters will end up in FEMA camps? Never to be heard from again!

What will they say or do when no one comes to their campaign speeches? Would that make Joe Wilson who spoke out during Obama State of The Union a possible felon?

If someone protests at Romney or Santorium's speech are they now felons? This is a slippery slope and I think it will end up only biting the Tea Party and not the Occ.

This is a terrible law as was the Drone one.

We control the events in this world.

They can only sway us towards acting out.
No solders to use weapons in a war/battle equals no war/battle. No people acting out violently when protesting equals no riots.

Yes it is easier said than done and this will not be the first time we have faced this challenge, but we cannot stand down and keep quite either in these times.
All the while dodging all the misinformation and distractions we must not give up hope in each other or forget the good.
