Problems with various theories could be resolved if mistaken identity were considered.

It has been demonstrated over the centuries that the worst possible witnesses in court are often those who were present at the scene of the crime. There are documented cases of people being held for crimes they did not commit because one or more eyewitnesses swore to their guilt under oath. It becomes known only later when overwhelming evidence, such as DNA, proves that the alleged perpetrator could not have done what was claimed.

Often, the problem with mistaken identity is one of prejudice. Suspects are categorized by their racial profiles, their affiliations with radical groups, previous behavior, or association with those who are known lawbreakers. Lacking a confession from some other individual, law enforcement personnel are sometimes unable to prevent themselves from focussing on guilt by association, or circumstantial evidence. Assistant District Attorneys do not last long without convictions.

Similarly, professors at prestigious universities are compelled to follow “party lines” and to be prolific in their output of published articles. In order for funding to continue, the physics department must conduct experiments and turn out a steady stream of Ph.Ds for the scientific establishment in the military and the commercial sectors. Their experiments are usually expensive and take months to set up, so the funders expect results that will profit them in some way. LIGO and the Large Hadron Collider are two of the most notorious in a long list of experiments that are searching for phantoms.................

Interestingly, one major objection by scientists is that of we could go faster than light then we would go back in time.
That would be a real problem and paradox (if you take Einstein's hypothesis taken as fact).

Then, as the companion, the entity came with Zephus into the Egyptian land; making for the periods when there were the spreadings of the tenets of that which had been given as to the relations and the laws of the One Force that may be manifested in the spiritual life in a material plane.

In the experience the entity gained, and in only those experiences - as Vedus - did the entity make for bringing blessings to many that the entity contacted in the hospitalization; for there was the tenderness shown by the activities of the entity to those that were ill, either in body or in mind, through the errors of the mental and physical forces in their relationships one to another; hence brought those things that meant faith and hope and trust and mercy and peace and happiness in the relationships of individuals.

Hence in the present, in those fields of activity where the entity may minister to the needs of developing minds, whether in the home or in the school or whether - preferably - where there needs to be the correlation of healing the body, giving hope to the mind, and making them one in their relationships, may the entity find the greater service. For, to heal a body-physical and not give it hope in the spiritual is to save a body for destruction in materiality.

Before that we find the entity was in the Atlantean land during those periods when there were the separations of the peoples from the high and the low estates of the varied developments that were in that period of man's experience in the earth, when there were the sons of the High; or, as given in holy writ, "The Sons of God looked upon the daughters of men."

The ENTITY was among the sons of God, yet looking upon the daughters of men and making of self in those associations those periods when faith was broken with others, and when there was the belittling of the tenets and the truths in the POWERS that had been given among those peoples for the manifesting of that which would cleanse their souls that they might be one with the Creative Forces in this MATERIAL world and in the spiritual forces also.

The Underworld to the ancient Egyptians signified the higher dimensional etheric realm that was the domain of the souls of the deceased and which was ruled over by their revered god Osiris. Before entering, the dead would request permission from the Aker to make their journey to this dimension beyond. Unlike the Judaeo-Christian concept of hell, the Underworld did not carry the negative connotations of a realm where souls were condemned to eternal punishment. The word balance is inappropriate term for the optimum state of nature your referring to.....equilibrium more suitable. When something is balanced it looses momentum, and remains balanced in a passive state. Equilibrium acquires boundless energy because of its perpetual sway/elation/wobble between two or multiple points. The balance itself is stagnate ---without something to propel it into motion-- a measure, and the process of weighing or gaging back and forth is equilibrium. Modern gear is based on this process because they work according to fundamental 'laws' of nature. A thermostat for example --- the mercury within is always slowly moving to the right or to left and when its weighed a certain measure on one side the heat clicks on. Thus, balance is really a non-state of existence for anthing--- what we seek is equilibrium, this is where charged energy ignites, because of the push and the pull, because of the ebb and the flow.
