This is worth $500 fine each if we don't do it. Again information goes to my company and not to my doctor. The company used to do this in the past but used to pay people $50 each to do it - now they fine people $500 each (plus $500 fine for spouse) if they don't. It's starting folks. I'll let you know if I can find it - probably not using the word 'felony' would be my guess but penalty would be equivalent - just my gut telling me that. I'll also write my friend back and see if I can get the reference. I'll post as soon as I hear anything. And for the grammar gurus out there - yes I agree 'effects' was better than 'affects' but please don't let that take the focus off the subject.
