For a "nobody" there are some people who go to an awful extent to denigrate him. We need to question what they are trying to hide.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1179566

His in a hole and the more granules of dirt he pules down with him will bury him deeper and deeper until he is forgotten in time.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 15610509

Lucifer is the bearer of light. Light is a metaphor for knowledge. Superstitious religions do not like enlightened people, because they do not swallow the swill. They like to keep people in the darkness of ignorance. So it is natural that they would attempt to demean and idea like Lucifer. Lucifer shines the light of knowledge into the dark corners of ignorance, where the superstitious cower in fear.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1179566

Well he supposed to rule the world in these days, and has done a pathetic job, either way he is destined to be lost from time forever no matter what the fool does.

Ah, I see you are one of those superstitious people who chooses to turn away from the light and cower in the darkness of ignorance.

See what I mean, Lucifer is NEVER in the "loser" and NERVER is he considered the "nobody". He is looking at the "nobodies" saying "I will be that"...while always being the Super Somebody that the world "idolizes".

Cat and mouse here. Lucifer is the cat...not the mouse.

Re: What do you think about Lucifer?
first, there is no such thing as Lucifer.

second, since there has been no attempt to standardize what "Lucifer" is or represents, such as has been with the christian God and Jesus (and look how well that turned out) there are many different concepts of "Lucifer", ranging anywhere from merely another of christian theology's bitches, to a completely seperate concept; also ranging from pure good to pure evil. it is, after all, all made up.

some of the ideologies about Lucifer are quite meritorious, some are disgusting, all fall short of perfection. that is not to say that any of the Abrahamic religions are perfect either. the best of the mass-religion white-light type Luciferian ideologies are superior. however they accomodate small to mid-size cultures. they cannot be used on large nations or even a world-religion, such as christianity/judaism/islam, because they do not make allowances for the filth, wretchedness and evil that is inevitably present in mankind. that is where the Abrahamic religions surpass them in usefulness. that Luciferianism I speak of is too good, too pure. it is better suited for individuals or groups outside of society who would rather have their own ideal culture.

Re: What do you think about Lucifer?
Lucifer and Satan are unfortunately used interchangeably in most evangelic churches. The concept of satan is very ancient, all the way back to Sumeria, the Torah incorporates Satan in the same manner. Satan is not a rebellious figure at all, and is in fact part of the heavenly court, subject to God's rule. Satan represents the 'tyranny of limits' on mankind. Not just death, but the very limits of natural order found in the world man constantly toils against. From man's vantage point, Satan is evil, associated with death, and a foe to be reckoned with, but still a servant of the divine plan. This is what makes the book of Job so interesting as well. Now in early Christian sects, Jesus wrestling the keys away from Satan, is a victory over death. Not good vs. evil but chaos over order. This victory is the seed that actually leads to Lucifer in the middle ages. Early Christianity is about chaos and rebellion against the dead order of the law. Holy spirit is bringing change. But in the early days of the enlightenment...established orders, like the Church, feared chaos. We had to establish a new villain, a rebellious favorite son...and we got Lucifer. Today Christianity is inherently associated with order and authority. A long way from its humble beginnings and social message.

I say lean as in I would favour him to be the good one rebelling against the old rathful god...

I'm not referring to any particular text. though I probably know of older texts (ideologies) than you do. old. very, very old. from the dawn of time. unless you're one of the 1% that isn't just a stupid hack satan-dabbler. like any of the other respondents. anybody who says "Satan is..." "Lucifer is..." does not know what they are talking about.

You make me laugh, so much effort to prove your theory and persuade others, while I revel in my Glory.

For a "nobody" there are some people who go to an awful extent to denigrate him. We need to question what they are trying to hide.

We live in upside down world.

Many on here follow him and they seem to be a nice bunch.

Now look at the other ones... Not so nice, they like to invoke fear as a means of control they like to convert control manipulate through fear of fire and brimstone lol.

I am still on the fence but leaning in his direction as well it makes sense as we live in upside-down world.

I say lean as in I would favour him to be the good one rebelling against the old rathful god...

His in a hole and the more granules of dirt he pules down with him will bury him deeper and deeper until he is forgotten in time.

The above is what resonates with this heart
And for the true story still to be told
We are all still writing our stories as it goes, the moment is all we got... The past is a whisper, the future a trap, the now is a amazing to enter...

I guess it resonates with your heart too, the blind following the blind.
