I was in love with a man for 4 1/2 years and he viewed the relationship as great but just convenient really because he did NOT truly love me. He denied this a few times because he knew I would break it off and he didn't have many prospects for a new girlfriend. I knew deep down the love was one sided but didn't want to accept it and went into denial.
