I am assuming that Israel needs about 15 Iron Dome batteries to cope with Hezbollah and Hamas in an all out war with them.I am also assuming that since 2007, when Iron Dome was selected to be the future short-range missile shield of Israel, the low cost of one Iron Dome battery (50 mil $), the iranian threat, the annual defense budget of Israel (14-15 billion $), that they already have the Iron Dome systems built, just not deployed.

Israel always thinks and prepares for worst.There is no way in hell that in the last 5 years Israel to build only ONE Iron Dome per year (50 million $), having a total of 75 billion $ to spend.

They already have all the Iron Dome systems they need.

By the end, most wars aren't about right or wrong, but rather who survives and who doesn't. And few of us, in any country, would be immune from it in the end, people like surviving.
