It is detrimental how law legislators are acting as vultures in our Republics. They are trying to use a tragedy for their voracity power. Votes are their power, but voters do not last long. They should remember it.

I live in CT very close to Sandy Hook. Many questions must be answer. In the mid time, we have to live with what it is.

"Former New York Solicitor General Caitlin Halligan withdrew her nomination to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals in the face of Republican opposition, thereby surrendering her spot on the “fast-track” to the Supreme Court.

“I am deeply disappointed that even after nearly two and a half years, a minority of Senators continued to block a simple up-or-down vote on her nomination,” President Obama said in a statement on Halligan’s withdrawal yesterday. “The D.C. Circuit is considered the Nation’s second-highest court, but it now has more vacancies than any other circuit court. This is unacceptable.”

The prominence of the D.C. Circuit stoked Republican opposition to Halligan’s nomination. “Everybody that’s appointed to D.C. circuit is on a fast track to the Supreme Court, so you always have to do a double-scrutiny,” a Senate Republican aide told The Washington Examiner. The withdrawal comes about two weeks after Republicans blocked a vote on her nomination, for the last time.

The GOP’s top attorney-turned-senators argued that Halligan would be a liberal activist on the bench. “She is a skilled litigator with a distinguished career, but she has repeatedly advanced extreme legal theories inconsistent with judicial restraint,” Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, said in a March 6 statement explaining why he voted against cloture (which thus set a 60-vote threshold for Halligan’s nomination). “Whether on guns, marriage, or the legal standards applicable to alien terrorists, Ms. Halligan’s aggressive and consistent litigation agenda shows that she is not a suitable choice to serve on the critically important D.C. Circuit court....”

How's that Gun Control workin' for ya??? Clearly NOT interested in enforcing the existing 25,000+ laws already on the books!

"The districts that contain Chicago, Los Angeles and New York City ranked last in terms of federal gun law enforcement in 2012, according to a new report from Syracuse University's Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse, which tracks federal data.

Federal gun crimes include illegal possession of a firearm in a school zone, illegal sale of a firearm to a juvenile, felon, or drug addict, and illegal transport of a firearm across state lines. In Chicago, the majority of gun charges last year were for firearms violations.

The districts of Eastern New York, Central California, and Northern Illinois ranked 88th, 89th and 90th, respectively, out of 90 districts, in prosecutions of federal weapons crimes per capita last year, but it wasn't always this way. All three districts fell lower on the list than they had been in years past. In 2010, for example, Chicago was 78th in federal weapons prosecutions.

These cities also have some of the nation's most restrictive gun laws, as well as the most active mayors in championing gun control. New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg, Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa are all members of the national Mayors Against Illegal Guns campaign.

D.C., which also has tough gun laws, was in the lower half of the list in 2012, coming in at 78th. In 2011, D.C. prosecuted a higher number of gun crimes, coming in at number 49...."

posted a new thread today, but probably better put here. The MSM reporting today is heading way out into bizzaro land. No way this is incompetence, because the hyperbole got progressively worse as the day (3/28) went on.

POTUS did a press conference today regarding sandy hook. His level of insincerity bordered on theater. No remorse, no wisdom, just proffered anger. But he pauses, and almost smiles after every scold of the american people.

Almost like when a parent is disciplining a child for something they did not do. You do this to show other parents that they don't have be too tough on their child who actually did the act and will feel guilty enough already.

Also, the CNN reporting on the weapons used just gets more and more absurd. They have photographs of the weapons manifest from the "official" report, and they get it wrong in a progressively worse way.

This morning they said he had a SHOTGUN with two 30 round magazines. Those things dont exist, if they do, they gotta be toy like.

Then, just a few minutes ago they said he had a shotgun with two (2x) Seventy (70) round magazines. Which as a carried weapon would so worthless that not even the typical government employee rocking a Biden level I.Q. would buy them from a MIC contractor like G.E.

I am calling it. It was staged. If CNN is reporting it this way, I can not imagine what openly funded state media like MSNBC is saying. This is a clean up (disavow) operation for a false flag.
